How can I purchase new filter

I understand the level of anger and the feeling of cheating you are going through. I pray you should register your case in the consumer court, and ban this company for selling this machine in the market to unwary consumers, since you really feel it is fake

This company is fake. They don't provide customer service. Don't buy this machine.

SCAM WRNING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hydrojal Water Ionizer is nothing, just a SCAM!!!!!!!!! I bought hydrojal in september at 30000 INR. I did not get bill till today. I have TDS meter and my tap water TDS is 450 ppm. They told me that there is no problem and machine can work.I installed it at my home. After few days i thought to check that i am getting proper and accurate Ph water or not. I bought electric Ph tester and tds meter and checked it with that and also with ph liquid which comes with hydrojal. I saw that i am getting neutral 7 ph water which is same as tap water. I checked 4 ph to 10 ph all types of water of hydrojal and i got 7 ph water from every water option available in machine. Then i called to hydrojal customer care and they told me that send you machine at lucknow office. I sent it and they checked it and told that there is no problem is machine. Then again i checked it. Still the problem was same. Then i called them again. Then they asked me tap water tds and told me that your water tds is high and please buy our TDS controller which is approx 12500 inr. I bought it too from hydrojal, mumbai. This so called tds controller is nothing, just a RO water purifier. They call it tds controller so that you will think that its something specail and different from ro machine. I bought it and i got it after more than 30 days. I checked it and it was not working. There was three problem in tds controller. Its water pump was not working. Its ro membrane was not working and it was leaking. Then i called hydrojal but they were unable to help me. Then i called to kent customer care and his service man came and repaired it and for that i paid 6500 inr. Till that i spent total 30000+12500+7500= 50000 inr. Then i checked water and i was getting 8 ph water from TDS controller because of minral cartidge available in tds controller but after few days it started to produce 6 ph water and i am getting 6 ph water from hydrojal. Even from 4 ph to 10 ph, i am getting only 6 ph water. I spent 50000 inr and its more than 5 months and i am drinking acidic water from hydrojal. I called them many times till now and asked them to send his engineer or change the machine and compensate me. But they are nothing, just a pure scammer. They are doing nothing. Now i am thinking to file complaint against these scammers and ask for heavy compensation. I can also file case in consumer forum. Never buy this CRAP Hydrojal Water Inonizer. If you want to buy it, then dont pay them in advance. First installed the machine in your home, then check water ph level yourself with ph tester, then use it for more than 15 days. If even after 15 days you are getting described actual ph water from machine means from 4 ph option you are getting acidic water of 4 ph and from 10 ph option, you are getting 10 ph alkaline water, then you can make the payment. But i will say just STAY AWAY from these scammer. i lost 50000 inr. Hydrojal is crap. They are scammer. If you want any help, then you can ask me.
