For only $5,000 I'd probably pressure wash the porch, and the stone skirt. Replace the sorry rails on the stairs and porch. Paint the house, and have the stone walkway evened back out. There's not a whole lot $5,000 gets you, and I think those would be cheap options would would drastically improve the look of the house while staying at or under budget.

Dude if youre charging $2k to do that landscaping work you are ripping a customer off. That is $100 in plants at most, $150 for the bushes, $50 for mulch and $75 to mow. I would at most charge $1000 total everything included. And ill pressure wash your house and driveway amd put up lps for the other $1000
