The runway has lights on the edges and on the center line. The lights on the center line have a metallic cover to protect the lamp. If the nose wheel of the aircraft goes over these lights it makes this bumping sound which is absolutely normal and harmless.

Hello, its mounted with a suction cap on the stowed sun visor if its not necessary to use. Other wise you can mount in places that don't obstruct the view and have a flat surface.

Ευχαριστώ για το σχόλιο! Όχι δεν υπάρχει κανόνας για το πότε θα βγάλουμε τον αυτόματο. Σε γενικές γραμμές από τα minimums και κάτω σε non-precision approach πετάμε manual. Άμα όμως είναι πολύ καλός ο καιρός, ήμαστε σε γνώριμο αεροδρόμιο, και δεν έχει πολύ κίνηση, μπορούμε να πετάμε manual από νωρίς για να κρατάμε τα manual flying skills σε πολύ καλό επίπεδο.

It’s standard operating procedure to couple both Autopilots when performing an ILS approach of any category. It’s used as redundancy. Thanks you for your comment!

@@RaulMadrid7 that’s awesome! When your cleared for the ILS just press the APPR push button and then select the other AP as well. And you’ll see CATIII DUAL AP1+2 on the FMA :)

​@@MindfulFly I've been flying this in sim too, it's such a fun aircraft. Can you do a full land with just G/S and LOC captured in real life? I sometimes leave the DUAL AP's on and it lands like butter!

@@BrandonA thats great, however in real life autolands rarely land like butter. they are more firm, but its still amazing to witness how the aircraft can land with both AP's engaged :)

Nav lights are required to be on during night time operations. So it’s normal for operators to not require nav lights to be on during daylight :) I hope this helps, and thank you very much for your kind comment!

Hey there sorry for the delayed reply! the camera settings are actually the standard factory from Gopro. I have not tweeked them at all to be honest. I just use to 4K/30FPS and the wide lens setting.

A butter landing is not always possible, for example a very light weight airplane is very difficult to butter opposed to a heavier one. This one turned out ok :) but it’s hardly the priority. Thanks for your comment! :)

In some ways true but at the same time very far from reality. Yes the manipulation of the flight controls is automated but that’s for a very good reason, it’s enormously capacity sapping to be constantly hand flying. It’s important to remember that pilots are still flying the aircraft they are just doing it through the FCU. The automation cannot think for itself it relies on a human brain to bring it to a safe place. Take off and hit the autopilot button and make no further button inputs and see how that flight ends. I can tell you, it won’t be pretty. Just because we’re not constantly hand poling the aircraft does not mean we’re not flying it.

@@MindfulFly First officers are better prepared for the future, to be the next commanders. In my airline, first officers assume the pilot flying role from the very moment the plane starts the pushback until parking at the gate, thus CRM is better too.

@@CristianKleber different airlines have different SOP’s. Which operator is “better” can hardly be based on if F/Os are allowed to taxi or not. Happy new year!
