Dude, Arrowhead's publisher is Sony. They are about as far from being indie as you can get aside from being an in-house developer for Sony. No shit they are going to make a pretty good game with that much money, the actual challange here is to not fuck it up after release.

FYI, the "Don't Drink and Drive" thing is part of every Arrowhead game. I believe they lost an employee and friend to a drunk driver years ago, and have kept it in every game since then.
