This is a video that will hopefully help show how to operate some of the hydraulic controls on the SVL skid loaders.
Hooking and unhooking hydraulic hoses under pressure for Ku
Переглядів 276 тис.11 років тому
This is a video hopefully to show how to easily hook & unhook hydraulic aux lines for attachments, like shredders and grapplers etc...
Great video
Good info
1st time for me messing with these. Went though a boat load b/f u. U not only know what u are doing on the vid but someone knows how to make one, Lighting 10, angle of shots 10, time for each part of shot that is what is actually being done 10 Just 10 aftr 10 I now know what I needed to know and he job was done in a min, Now this old man has to sit for a little begore he goes out to dig the drain I need above where I will be putting a stne wall 3ft deep under ground. 2 words Chicks, FOX or Chick coon those little unmarried sob'x any if the diggers. Im sick of them I am building the Ft Knox of coops Oh yes and the upper part with be built to keep out a bear. Ya we got them to. One knocked over a coup but that was all could of real dome some damage but not hurry. Last spring lost 52 5 da to something. Just a few feathers. U lose most birds to hawks and Bald Eagles. So no more free range. It is bug Run time with c9overing.
I’m calling bull shit! Flat connections I have are a pain in the ass!
Helped me out
Extremely informative and useful video. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience with the rest of the world. Much appreciated.
I used this method to make 2 kids
Thank you for the tutorial. This isn't our tractor and we spent way to long trying to hook the hydraulics before I found this. Thanks again
Great tutorial! I'll need to add this to the "watch list" the equipment rentals in Dickson, TN. Mini-excavators and the mini-skidsteer renters will really benefit from this simple tip!
Brilliant!
Excellent idea
😂
BS
That’s not how they work they always have pressure
Well what does one do if it’s stuck on
Very nice!
Mine don’t bleed off easily like yours. I even unscrewed the connector to allow fluid to bleed, still without success. I have a Kubota L6060 tractor with third function for grapple. I have wondered if this is primarily a problem with these flat connectors. I don’t have any problems with the other designs. These are almost impossible to connect about half the time.
Thanks, not sure that helps for 3rd function valve on my kubota tractor. It doesn't have that "twin" valve, rather two separate. Good simple video. Thanks again
What if the pressure is in the equipment your hiking up. Mine is the backhoe. Dang it's alit if pressure. I had to unscrew the hydraulic lines
I'm gonna start isolating the Aux lines before dissconecting
What is the Pressure Relief mechanism called please ???

Why would you connect them under pressure?
Because without that device you have no alternative other than to crack the lines off
@@jameslindley924 what device ? Why would you crack the lines if your trying to connect the lines. Don't you crack the lines only when your removing the hydraulic lines. A little confused..
@@jay8a901 The device/mechanism he demonstrates where you push the Male into the female which pushes the female coupler back to release the back pressure. You sometimes have to crack the lines off to release Back Pressure ( if the above device is not fitted )- which i have not ever seen fitted to an Excavator but is fitted to Tractors regularly.
The system sometimes for some reason pressures the lines whilst uncoupled hence when trying to push the Male into the Female its nigh on impossible ( lol) so the only way to release the back pressure is to crack the line or QRC to bleed off a little Oil upon which the coupler clicks in no problem. The Back pressure can be on the machine side or the Attachment side, :- Our Selector Grab if it hasnt been laid on flat ground or has been moved about- results in the rotation of the grab shells which rotates the Drive motor and pushes oil back down the hoses up to the Male QRC's which usually results in cracking the hoses ( on the Grab) to release the pressure to make the connection. Hope you can follow that
@@jameslindley924 ohhh. Got it. Got it. Thank u very much, why did people dislike this video? Is it because it's dangerous to do this?
how PN for coupler
WHEN ITS' UNDER PRESSURE, THOSE COUPLERS CAN'T BE BUDGED. I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO START THE COUPLER TO RELEASE PRESSURE LET ALONE PUSH THEM ON.
bear9923 you are right I have never been able to relieve the pressure on my root grapple bucket without cracking the lines all my other attachments don't have any issues
Guy we have the worse time pushing those things in.it takes all our strength. Its a Cat 907h2 front loader what can we do for easy hook in & off.
Sometimes Cat equipment have a button to release hydraulic hose pressure
How much for this
cam only bro?
Thanks, I've been struggling with mine every time I use an attachment, I am renting a tiller tomorrow, so I will use your technique.
how about for the couplers at the top
Do you still have this truck for sale
Ugly it would look better all original
How much did you put in it? I'm planning on restoring a 85 I have myself
I would love to know where you purchased the gauges at ? I am about to buy a 85 gmc short bed and would love to install those gauges if u could respond that would be amazing thanks and have a wonderful day

CE Attatchments is the brand name. Some people know them as FAE shredders
If i don't mind asking what is the brand of the mulching head/shredder?
