I'm working on reading pillows for a teacher for her kindergarten class. Where did you get the forest animals reading fabrics? By the way, the Dollar Tree in my area didn't have any of the stuff like you used for the Christmas trees on wooden like bases. I ordered what I could from Amazon, so we'll see how it goes

Cute, easy little stocking stuffers for sure! And definitely a useful way to go thru those small scraps, yet have helpful items for around the house. I'm going thru some of your older videos and getting some great ideas (from last year apparently) for Christmas this year! 🤩 This one will definitely be one I will use. I love these little easy pincushions! 👏🥰 I've been sewing for years so I'm a very experienced sewer, but these will be great to sew up and have one by each machine, plus several around the house at various locations to use when pinning projects, at cutting stations, and on and on. 😉 No more dragging pin cushions from area to area as I move around the room or house! 🤗 I'm not a craft vendor in any way, but I can certainly expect that for those who are, these would certainly be a big seller. Also for guild members to make for gift exchanges, small gifts to include in quilt show bus tour gift packets, quilt retreat gift packets, prizes for games at quilt activities, and the possibilities are endless. 🤩 What cute, easy, useful little projects! 😎🤘 I've been subscribed to you for quite a while now, probably at least a year or more and absolutely love your videos, but don't usually comment. I always hit the thumbs up, and I always read all the comments and put a like on most of them. Very cute Jo! I have not tried the method of sewing around and turning through. I will keep it in mind for the future. I am currently making more of the simple coasters that use the backing turned over as binding. I will charge my friend a little bit because she requested them for her work donation. Her department has adopted 8 seniors and is doing a gift each with mug, etc.

Hi Joann, I tried making your triangle Christmas tree ornaments from some University of Alabama fabric. In our neck of the woods, Alabama football is a big thing. The problem I had is the fabric with the Alabama logo was simply too big for the project. I ended up just making rectangular ornaments so the logo could be seen in full.
