Governmental and non - governmental organizations of the United States were engaged in these activities, subordinating their activities to global interests of the USA. In journalism dealing with the problems of propaganda sabotage, the term 'psychological warfare' is often used. Let's try to understand more deeply what activities constitute this concept, using US sources. The authors of published in 1953 dictionary in USA under word: 'psychological warfare' gives the following definition: ' ... planned use of propaganda and other actions intended to influence the opinions, emotions, attitudes and behavior of hostile, neutral or friendly groups abroad in such a way as to support the policies and goals of the nation or group of nations applying it ... ' An important component of the psychological war is propaganda activity treated as: ' ... the planned distribution of news, information, special arguments and appeals designed to influence beliefs, thoughts and actions of a certain type ...' As it is valuable and important to stress, it does not matter to imperialist propagandists whether the information is true or false, the most important thing for them is that it should serve a specific purpose. The American propaganda specialist Paul M. Linebarger wrote about it in a completely open manner. In his book on propaganda theory you can find the following passage: '... facts and logic are useful for propaganda, but they cannot be considered from the point of view whether they are propaganda or truth. The main assumptions of the current ideological and propaganda activities abroad include DPRK - were formulated in the late 1970's. The unrest, instability and tensions in Eastern Europe serve the security interests of the United States ...' More precise directions of these activities were included in the document of the National Security Council of 1978: ' ... The time has come to pursue a more updated policy, seeking to influence the inevitable process of change in the communist world ... ' As a conclusion, we can see that US Western imperialist propaganda aggression serves the evil destabilization purposes of creating lies in order to slander countries that have the courage to oppose global capitalist expansion. For that purpose working a powerful propaganda machine to spark a counter - revolution in countries with socialist states, and anywhere where the US has no alliances and to whoever does not agree and want to go their way to create politic and social - economic system like Korea of Juche. So do not be surprised, if you hear as usually about regime or violation of human rights or other nonsense produced by aggressive US imperialist propaganda. It just is their job paid by the central budget from taxes of millions of American citizens. American imperialist aggressive propaganda is really regrettable also in compared and by opposite, to professional and creative propaganda from DPRK serving not for enemies, but for creating good civic attitudes among one's own nation in the process of building socialism, which motivates people to work for the welfare of the country, disseminates and publicizes good patriotic and national attitudes as well as over limit results at work for the welfare of their Korean country, and celebrates national heroes and their achievements. In thousands of workplaces in Korea of Juche, visual propaganda in the form of posters promoting health and safety at work and mobilizing to greater effort for better production results, in order to better and more efficient work. Korean propaganda serves good purposes, not for psychological wars and creating lies like aggressive US imperialist propaganda, but for man and his welfare as well as the socialist system is based on people - centered principles. Where man is master of everything, not money like in capitalist culture.
