BAS® Lump Hematite Beneficiation Plant with High Intensity Perm Roll Magnetic Separators
In this plant run of mine hematite is %45Fe rate -250mm sized. Different size crushed and screened hematite iron ores are classified and after beneficiated with varient high intensity permroll magnetic separators.
In this video different magnetic intensity permroll separators are used for different fractioned ores. Here we use different roll magnetic separators for varient sized ores. BAS® High Intensity Permrolls are used their's effective magnetic intensities between 1,1 - 1,5 Tesla.
After this separation hematites comes to min %55-58 Fe rate with limited Fe tailings.

It would be nice to explain just what this machine is doing and how the ore has to be processed before you can use this process to extract Iron Ore.

Whats aprox investment for one of these benefication plants?
It is too difficult to say a value its totaly related to your plant's geological situation and your ore characterization.
What do you do with the Iron Concentrate ? Is this proses only for environmental purposes ? Can the recovered Iron be re-melted?

where are your hq? where can i contact? i need separator which can separate titanium , Si & Al, out of my iron sand (sand beach source) currently Fe2O3 is at around 78% i need any of this to go lower in total by at least 5%: TiO2 currently at 8% (this is the hazzle) Al2O3 3% SiO2 3% MgO 3% Raw material is around 40-45% FE finished goods output expectation (per 14 hrs) is 600 Ton (minimum) can your machine handle this? please contact me.
Hi chief, our hq is in Ankara/Turkey. We have some contact offices in some countries. Anyway, your Fe looks good but TiO2 is too much. For Ti, We have to do mineralogical studies on your ore to separation is possible or not in our laboratory... Please share your mail address.

What is the maximum gauss value measured on the surface of the cover? It is possible to enrichment of hematite iron type? What type of magnet is used in process?
