@GRIFFITHdaGOAT If you talk about the overall DB then consider the episode count and story elements. The proportion is too low. Linear storytelling and mostly fight based. Probably 6/10 considering it enters the average/alright radius.

@@vbuzz-orbit yeah the pacing is wacky and it is quite inconsistent. But overall if we consider just the story then I think it is better than people give it credit for.

Mdynamic:Guts/Griffith>Tenma/Johan Depth: atleast even with monster Antagonist:Griffith>Johan Worldbuilding: Op is overall better but Berserk is better in the aspect of Time and depth due to the astral world Protag:Guts>Joe Arcs: Atleast even with Gintama Plot/plottwists: Aot is slightly better overall Monologues/Dialogues: atleast even with Mono. The poetry of Berserk alone is peak. Layers/Conflicts: should be even with Mono In the rest of the categories i give that to the animé you mentionened or i didnt watch that show. But Imo only in Comedy it gets outclassed. In all other aspects it is nearly on par, on par, or better Imo.

Mdynamic really depends how it concludes Depth , WB and antag is fair Protag to Joe (close but not debatable imo) Disagree with monologues and dialogues

Episode 2 of Pluto sucks in pacing. By far the worst episode that brings down the entire series from a solid 9 to normal 8. Nothing happens in that ep.

Nah ep 1 Is peak. Ep 2 is bad , 3 is meh and 4-6 are also peak. And I don't want to talk about 7 and 8.

My head canon is that Pluto ends at ep 6 iykyk

I think tatami Galaxy should get pacing but I couldn't find any clips for it. Monster is a close second tho.

You mean it's slow? Yeah It is slow but that doesn't make it bad. The slow pacing is perfect for a series like monster imo. What matters is that it is consistently good.​@JOKER_TOY7823

@GRIFFITHdaGOAT yeah that's what I'm talking abt. Pacing means how fast the story is progressing, not how consistent it is. You accepted that monster is slow paced, so why did you give pacing to monster? Consistency and pacing are different things

@JOKER_TOY7823 so you think slow pacing = bad pacing? I HIGHLY disagree. some series need fast pacing (like aot and death note), others are better with slow pacing(monster and logh).
