Currently, the Estero II model homes are listed starting at $378,900. The lowest priced Capri I see is currently $383,900, but most are in the upper 380s. It was an easy drive, and considering it’s 1-2+ days of driving for some people wanting to visit, I will take it! That said, hitting I-4 traffic after an accident could easily make an easy drive a long frustrating drive. I had no problems. I have a former client (turned best friend) that takes day trips to Disney at least once a month!!

@@Jack-russell103 Most all sections are good ones. I hear the most negatives about the R and P sections, though. Although I live in the B, the U section is my favorite...closer to Flagler Beach and very woodsy.

Just seeing your comment! Florida isn’t right for everyone. For some, the challenges aren’t worth it, for others, it is worth it! There will never be a “perfect” place that everyone will agree on. One size doesn’t fit all. All locations will have their own set of challenges from time to time. An environment may be too cold, too hot, people don’t want to shoveling snow, dodging frequent tornadoes, lack of rain, too much rain, too much humidity, earthquakes…. You name it. It’s a matter of perspective. I believe the key is finding the perfect place for you! That looks differently for everyone. I hope you love where you live! Best wishes to you in 2023!
