The Best All-Round Bike Money Can Buy | Marin Four Corners Review
got the trail 5 2 months ago, ive been abusing it ever since. has NEVER let me down tho. absolute beast.
Good to hear it is treating you well. They do seem pretty robust which is a bit of a win. Glad you are enjoying it - happy riding!
Agree entirely. Lezyne are at the top end price wise and this may fool people that the quality is higher. The flexible hose system has benefits in that it won't bend the valves, but the tension when you unscrew a flexible hose is too much for me. I've had similar experiences in unscrewing the valve core when out on the road and have abandoned the flexible hose system for good.
@@stevebirkin4280 yeah I am thinking the same and have gone to a simpler option for the next pump. Glad to hear I'm not the only one having issues!
thanks after reading I thing I'm getting the Lezyne and try the hose trick. Another thought for you is use the schraeder end with presta adapter?
@@ianbabcock5951 yeah someone else recommended the adapter, hadn't thought of that. Sounds like it would work 🤞
Its just a pump? Agree with all the experience comments below. From a hand pump experience , they are not bad! and good for size . Only to get you home. If your running carbon dish wheels , use a gassie to get the tires to sit straight, again only to get you home, CO2 air must be removed and re inflated when home (always leaks out) . Re Lezyne . EVERY Lezyne product falls to shite , from bags (zips) to lights. Every Lezyne floor pump over 5 years old , mine including - gages fails - Useless for determining correct pressure put in.
@@johnbaker6793 gutted to hear the floor pump isn't lasting, or any of their other stuff!
Do they store it in the plane horizontally or vertically?.., If they put it horizontally, does the bike’s fork get damaged?
@@nelsoncampos7339 in either position the forks won't get damaged. The end of the forks get fixed onto the base of the box, and then there is enough space around and with the box rigid to stop them getting damaged. The bike stays in place thanks to this fixing and the one across the frame by the bottom bracket. Hope that makes sense, any other questions let me know.
I have a tubolito tube and when I tried to pump it for the first time with the lezyne pump, by removing the pump and accidentially pressing this little button, the valve came off the tube with a loud bang and the tube was ruined. And I even watched your video before ! 😤
Oh no mate, I am sorry to hear. If you check through the comments there are a few suggestions from users who had better luck compared to you and I. I hope they help and you get it working OK. It is really annoying - I feel your pain!
@ thank you for your warm words ❤️ I can definitely confirm your rating as “worst air pump of the world”. But of course I will now try to pay even more attention or maybe just go with another one.
Thanks for the post. Like others here, I have used many pumps (a few Lezyne) and find this one as good as any. Yes, I have accidentally removed my valve core and seen others do this on club rides quite a few times so understand the frustration. I always carry a tiny valve core tightener with me as it weighs next to nothing and use it first on a new tube before pumping and am extra careful when removing the hose, keeping it straight. Just my experience!
Good to hear you have had a decent experience. I think having a little patience and being organised with your valve core is needed to make it work, but those that like it do sing its praises. Happy riding mate 😀
Recently purchased but have just sent mine back. Tried it at home on two different sets of wheels with Presta valves and got different results. Worked perfectly on one wheelset but removed the valve core on the other. Used all the methods suggested on here but couldn't remove the hose without it removing the valve core as well so didn't give me any confidence to trust it on the roadside.
That sucks none of the things here worked, but at least you won't suffer this fate whilst stuck on the side of the road! Which pump will you go for instead?
@@mammothjourneysGood question. It seems a Lezyne trait as I've noticed a professional review of the pressure drive model and it was one of the reasons to avoid buying.
@@MickMike7938 When you decide what you go for, let us know. Few people have asked for alternatives so would be cool to know what worked out. Happy riding!
While using my Lezyne HV Drive, presta core detached multiple times. But I hate this pump mostly due to bad ergonomic: it is uncomfortable to hold in your hands, poorly processed plastic bites into your palms and so on. It seems that the design engineers at Lezyne do not use their products themselves.
So not only did you suffer the fate of your tyre being deflated, you ruined your hands in the process! Sorry to hear mate. You aren't alone in your experience though - if that makes things any better. Which pump have you decided to go with instead?
@@mammothjourneys thanks, my hands are fine - they're just a bit surprised by the low quality of the pump and the poorly thought-out solutions. I haven't decided about a new pump yet
I had to look for a video about this because I was frankly getting annoyed with this pump for the same exact reason. It happened (again) to me during a gravel race a few weeks ago.
Don't worry you aren't alone here. If you check out the other comments you'll see many other scenarios where the pump has let them down. Have you decided on alternative pump to swap it out? Hopefully you weren't far from home and got back OK!
Definitely had this experience also. Dropped pressures to get through a greasy uphill couple km knowing I could pump back up once hitting the road at the top. In the dark and a deadline to get home 4x failed attempts later with this pump I rode the remaining 10 or so km on less than favourable psi. Cornering was sketchy on the first surprise sharp bend. Failing of mine were: -Pathfinder fast rolling gravel tyres lack in the traction department -Time pressed -Failing light and failing torch battery -No practice AT ALL with this pump before maiden voyage! Some comments above have been much more helpful than the instructions included with this pump. Tightening the valve core, grease on the inner O-ring and graphite on the inner thread will be my next step in order to keep this pump on the bike as from other comments: it is in fact actually a pretty decent pump. Compact Size is a massive factor to keeping this pump and getting more comfortable using it. Cheers for this video highlighting the same issue and for triggering the rest of ppl to show us how it’s done 👌🏼
@@petehunkin7482 hi Pete, sorry to hear you had the same issue as many others and glad the video was helpful. The comments of ways to make it work certainly are helpful. If you can get it functioning then you are right to give it a shout. Happy riding mate 👍
Never again will not ever buy a Marin ever again. Nothing but bottom bracket issues, something is creaking and no one can figure it out. It's only been on the street
@@richardparnell8402 that's rubbish mate. Which model did you get? Was it from new? Any issues like this just go back to the dealer, that isn't normal.
@@mammothjourneys not rubbish. Bobcat 5 and two different frames bottom bracket went out on both. I'm 40 I've had like 4 bikes in my life time and biked thousands and thousands of km never having any issues. My last two bikes were a Norco and CCM both lasted ten years and I biked the absolute hell out of them with zero issues. The bottom bracket on both frames started to creak, and the frame one the new one makes a tic when you pot pressure on it. I only use this bike to ride about 25km/day to work, and it can't even handle that.
@@richardparnell8402 no I meant it's rubbish you had that experience, not suggesting your experience wasn't true, misunderstanding there. Gutted to hear all of this. I certainly wouldn't be happy with this at all. What did the shop say about it all?
@@mammothjourneys oh sorry, I'm use to people on the internet being rude lol. It's been back and forth. At this point I'm taking a kiss on it. Just sucks.
@@richardparnell8402 ha ha no worries. I read your comment a few times and it only made sense when I re-read mine! That sucks though. Surely once the shop rides the bike and can hear the problem, and atey unable to fix it, it needs to head back to Marin. Fingers crossed for you mate 🤞
Hi, Mammoth Journeys! We're sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction with our Lezyne Pressure Drive Hand Pump - we put together a Chuck Tutorial Video which operates in the same way as the hand pump you're using to hopefully better explain the steps we follow when inflating tires with ABS chucks. Please see here: ua-cam.com/video/9acMIpfEA1s/v-deo.html we also put together a comprehensive guide to our chucks for further information which you can see here: ua-cam.com/video/6sz7bxtZJi4/v-deo.html Some steps to follow when using the ABS chuck systems: Steps for inflation (Presta valve): 1. Remove valve cap 2. Loosen valve nut 3. With tire deflated, regularly ensure valve core is tight with built in Presta valve core wrench (be sure to loosen valve nut for correct engagement) 4. Thread on chuck (do not overtighten) 5. Inflate tire 6. Press ABS button to release hose pressure for easy chuck removal 7. Unthread chuck 8. Tighten valve nut 9. Install valve cap Steps for inflation (Schrader valve): 1. Remove valve cap 2. Thread on chuck 3. Inflate tire 4. Press ABS button to release tire pressure for fine tire pressure adjustments 5. Unthread chuck 6. Install valve cap Additionally please ensure the quality of the tubes you are using as well as the integrity of the threads in the valve cores of those tubes. By following these steps we sincerely hope this improves your user experience. Our goal is provide world class product with pure function and clean aesthetics of the highest quality. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out! Thanks!
Hi Lezyne, Thanks for commenting on this video from my experience. Before I bought this pump I had read on your website along with the videos on UA-cam how to use the hose, along with reviews of the risk it posed. After the first time the inner core came away I made sure that the inner valve was tight enough, and then kept pressing the ABD button to really make sure any pressure was released, which seemed to have good success. Until, it happened again, a further two times. From the comments there are certain workarounds to avoid this, the most practical is to buy inner tubes which don't have a removable inner core. I also fully admit the biggest impact is user error, however from the comments here and other printed reviews of this pump, I am not alone in my experience. One thing I cannot understand, and I really hope you can shed light on is this: During the R&D process the inner valve core would have been removed during use, prompting the videos you linked above to made and a thorough checklist on how to use the pump produced. Did it seem like a reasonable risk at that stage to continue with the current design versus altering it to avoid this risk entirely? I can't believe with the team you have, that a risk when using a pump is that the all the air you have just pumped into your tyres could be lost, they would be happy with it. You produce products which are too high quality for that to be a scenario - what are your thoughts? Thanks again Lezyne and happy riding!
Threadlock! I don't think anyone's mentioned it. I've had the same issue with the same frustration. But if you put some blue thread lock on your valve cores and do them up snug you shouldn't have any issues. However, it does seem like a faff compared to using something like the excellent zefal hpx. BUT the pressure drive is excellent for the size X speed of pumping and has both valve types.
@@3charactersforkhandle good suggestion cheers mate. Thread lock has been mentioned before so clearly a good choice. You're right it does seem a faff, but once you get over that it does pump up to a high pressure for a reasonable amount of time. I was tempted with the zefal hpx, have you found it decent?
Which size would you get with 190 cm height? Will the 60 cm work or will it be too small. Will the brakes Work for heavier Riders and bikepacking
@@markusherrmann6765 it may be worth checking the top tube dimensions and using it to compare of a similar bike you have got, or perhaps one you could test ride. That way you can be sure. More weight will of course put the brakes under more strain, but on the bike packing I've done I didn't notice a drop in the performance of the brakes. You'll probably find that you may just need to replace pads more frequent than a lighter rider who doesn't go bike packing. I hope that helps 👍
Easiest solution to this apart from tightening the valve cores properly is get some cheap a*s decathlon inner tubes from Decathlon. They have fixed valve cores. It only happened to me once, after that I made sure the valve is tight.
I by chance stumbled upon this fix by chance the other week, with some cheap inner tubes I bought. They didn't have the screw on the valve cores which I realised would be perfect for this pump. A much cheaper option than buying a new pump! Happy riding mate 😀
Great vid
@@dangiba thanks mate 💪
Exact same thing happened to me while out on a qualifying ride for an event. Sat defeated on the ground for an hr unril someone came along with a different pump. This this is useless. Why should i have to use loctite to glue my value tight. Stupid design
Ah mate I am sorry to hear, that is brutal. You'll see you aren't alone in your experience here. I agree, I don't understand why they have designed something which can result in a totally flat tyre. Which pump have you decided to go with instead?
I have exactly this pompe and never had any problems with it. May it is possible the incomprehension is up to you?
Ha ha of course! That's why I mentioned in the video it's probably user error. Quite a few other user errors from the comments below as well though. For balance, still a fair few who don't have issues. Happy riding mate 😀
It's important to keep the hose straight when unscrewing, if it is pulling sideways it can lean on the core and unscrew it. This is why some commenter's suggest removing the pump end first, then the tube hangs straight. I run 60mm valves on 50mm rims, and often found there wasn't enough valve showing to adequately engage the gasket with push-on pumps, so I purposely chose a Lezyne for the screw-on hose. Occasionally having to re-tighten a core is less of an issue than being unable to achieve adequate pressure because of marginal gasket engagement. (Yes, 80mm valves are another solution, but can be costly, and a pinch it is much more likely your mates or small-town shop will have a 60mm to spare.)
Hi Mark, That's a good suggestion about the angle of unscrewing and not one I have heard yet. It makes sense and I will give it a go - thank you. You're right, having a small amount valve available would be incredibly frustrating with a more traditional pump, glad you found a solution which works! Happy riding mate. 😀
Nice video, but I feel you missed out on the best trails at the park. locals only use the red and blue as a way of getting to and from the good stuff. It would have been nice to mention how it sits on the Southdowns way and is also a a starting point for some epic xc rides that start from the park, and who's routes can be picked up from leaflets that you can get from the visitors center. If you visit again I would be more than happy to show you around.
Thanks mate. Yeah there is definitely more to do there which I guess after the first visit would make sense to explore. I didn't even think about mentioning the connections it has to other areas, that is really good point, I'll make an edit into the description for that - thank you. I'll definitely take you up on the offer for a guide of the other trails that is awesome! You'll go slow right!? 😀💪
@@mammothjourneys QECP is a bit of a hub or a jumping off point for other stuff in the area. There are some really good xc loops that can start and finish from the park. They also have a number or 'off piste' sections in the park which I didn't explore. There is a visitor centre where you can grab some food and drink which makes it a great way to end the day. Let us know if you have ridden here and have got any suggestions on trails not to be missed. 🚵😃
Best one yet. More crashes please 😂
Ha ha thanks! Even with the slightest downhill gradient and uneven surface I don't have much hope!
I have a cheap plastic chinese pump that failed at the moment you need it most..4am dark, alone. Could luckily get maybe 15 psi in there or less. Was barely able to keep going. I bought an electric pump from the local chinese goods selling store and I tested it thorougly and thought hey this is actually usable..to it literally failing when I just needed it to work =.=. So now I want a decent sturdy handpump like this one on the video, but one without the suicide button lol
@@X41N3 oh no that doesn't sound like a good experience. I swapped for a simple and affordable Topeak pocket rocket which seemed to do OK. No suicide button at all!
I just read an old review of the original model and this was mentioned, though he did say that Lezene recommend to use loctite on the valve core threads. I think I'll still buy it as the other pump with Co2 capability I wanted seems impossible to get now and just try and remember to get use loctite. I'm fortunate that I use Milkit valves which allow you to take the valve cores out without losing any air, so it won't really matter either way. Hope the loctite tip is of value!
Not heard of those valve types, will check them out thank you. Yeah the loctite suggestion seems to have cropped from a few people so must be fairly effective. Hope whatever setup you went for works, happy riding mate 😃
@@mammothjourneys Cheers! I should have mentioned that the Milkit valves are tubeless (a patented design). I just bought one of these though I only just noticed they're not exactly the same (I like the ability to mount the pump/Co2 cartridge on the frame), ... have to say if I wasn't using the Milkit system I'm pretty sure I wouldn't buy it.
@@childofeternity As a tubeless option is Milkit decent? Only Stand in the past so always good to look at different options.
@@mammothjourneys It's the only brand I've used so I have nothing to compare it with. I've also been fortunate to never have had a puncture. Unless it's sealed them without me knowing! It did win an award a few years ago and has stuff going for it - like its valve system/set-up etc, and it lasts a long time, so I'll stick with it until it fails me (hopefully never). I just replaced the valve cores as it goes (old track pump bent the tip of the valves) was nice to be able to just unscrew them and pop new ones in without losing any air/messing with sealent.
@@childofeternity that sounds perfect and exactly what you want from a product. Thank you, I'll check them out for my next upgrade!
Brilliant video, definitely relevant for me as I grow older, no excuse not to get out there! Thanks for sharing.
@@bovineness thanks mate glad you liked it, happy riding!
I really enjoyed this microadventure and I am keen for me. If you have any other trip suggestions let me know, always love getting recommendations for the next adventure.
Every time I use this pump....it unscrews the core! No matter how carefully I do it. So annoying, especially when you lose a CO2 canister. So yes, you're right, it is the worst design ever, worldsworst.
@@andymci5981 sorry to hear mate, it's very frustrating. There are a few suggestions on the comments here on how to fix it, which may help if you aren't in a position to get another pump. Worth a go perhaps.
obviously the valve needs to be tight but i've never had this issue probably because when I attached the hose i don't over tighten it on to the stem. just tighten until it stops. Its not my favorite pump and agree with you about the plastic but never had the issue you speak of and am a daily commuter for several years with many many flats.
Good to hear you haven't had the same issue. I did try and not tighten it on as much but then found it didn't stay on, perhaps I didn't get the sweet spot. Which is your favourite pump then? And how come you have a few to pick from?
Pronounced the name wrong
@@MrStingraybernard ha ha the Marin bit? Yeah I realised about a year I had got it wrong, but its now what I'm used to so even knowing it hard to break the habit. Will have a DSX2 video out later and will do it right then!
I can confirm that you are NOT stupid and that this really is the worst pump ever. The same thing has happened to me EVERY time I've used the pump. Fortunately I've had friends with working pumps but the last time I was alone and had to abandon my trip and hike out through the woods (almost eaten alive by mosquitoes) to the nearest road and call my wife to be rescued.
@@korvstenius sorry to hear mate that sounds rough. You'll see from the comments here you aren't alone. There are also some recommendations on how to solve it as well. Which pump did you end up going for to replace this one? I'm also sure the abandoned ride and mosquitoes were nothing compared to the frustration of having to call for back up! I've been there, it sucks.
Haven't had this experience but have read of others having this problem. One user advised adding vaseline to the threads to help prevent removing the valve.
@@Win-d1s good to hear you haven't had this happen. The vasoline is a good idea, I like the idea of this more than the loctite which others have suggested. Happy riding mate 😀
Please tell me - does it have the ClimbPro function like the Garmin?
@@omelya_vn this version has some climbing features to tell you what is coming up. The latest version now gives more details similar to what climbpro does, from what I understand. I haven't used climbpro but from what I have read and speaking to others it seems pretty similar. How have you found using a Garmin?
@@mammothjourneys I'm asking about the Wahoo showing the slope, your place on it, the gradient, and how long it will take to finish.
@@omelya_vn yes it has that function. The newer version shows the gradient in different colours depending on it's steepness. But this version will give you similar climbing details as the Climb pro. It's called the 'Summit Climbing' on Wahoo.
@@mammothjourneys thank you very much! I will try to set it up myself 🤗
Yep, had the same problem.
@@markrskinner sorry to hear Mark. Have you swapped it out for something different?
Great video bro.

Is the box rigid enough to not be crushed when at the bottom of the stack or in a side impact since it doesn't include an anti crush bar? Same question for protecting the derailleur please? Thanks
I've not had any issues with that whilst travelling with it. Once the lid is on it seems to add more rigidity for that side impact. With the derailleur because there is a decent amount of space between the component and the box, and the bike is securely in place, it doesn't get touched. Again I've not had any issues with the derailleur getting damaged whilst in the box. I hope that helps, anything else let us know. Happy riding mate!
@@mammothjourneys Thanks for the info. My bike is an XL Speed Concept with a 105mm wheelbase. Do think that would fit with space for the derailleur, etc.? The other box I am interested in is the Bike Box Alan, but it appears that the front fork would need to be removed on my bike in order for it to fit. The BBA does have an anti crush bar which seems to be a benefit. Delta cracked the frame on the 2 mo old SC on my last trip in an EVOC Bike Bag Pro...
@@gryanjr1 whoa that's a nice bike, no wonder you are doing your checks. Sucks the other bike box didn't do the job. I know it's not the same bike, but I put my BMC Timemachine TMR02 in this and it fit, with no issues on the flight. The main con of this bike box is the size of it. It's awkwardly huge. But the benefit of this con is that, I would guess, should it ever break or crack, there is enough space between the case and the bike before damage happens. This is just my guess, nothing to back this up! Another thing to note, but this wouldn't be specific to Thule kit, is the quality of the material. I presumed when I got my Thule bike racks with the exposure and use they would only last 2-3 years. 6 years later and show no signs of wear. Thule material quality is high, so I would guess they have tested side impacts to the case. In fact, if you UA-cam Thule testing you can some of the things they get up. I hope that helps, let me know what you go for. I presume you need this for a decent event/comp coming up!
Worlds worst UA-cam Video..
😂 Thank you, at least I have one Award to the channel! Happy riding 👍
I've got four different versions of the Lezyne hand pump (pressure drive, pocket drive HV, 2x pocket drive pro) for all my bikes. I did once unscrew a valve core while removing the hose. Once. And then I learned to make sure the core was well tightened first, and I've never done it again. The Lezyne pumps always pump more effectively than any of the other pumps that emerge during a group ride (except for full-size frame pumps, of course). The Silca pumps are heavy and, in my experience, don't pump as well. All portable tools have trade-offs, but over my last 35,000 miles of riding the only pumps I've carried are Lezyne, and I've been happy. They are also easy to service when you spend days riding through sloppy mud and rain and grit works its way in. We all can only go on our own experiences, and it sounds like yours hasn't been great. I'm not here to convince you that your experience isn't valid, or sell you on these pumps, but to call it the "world's worst bike pump" is just silly. I suppose it's good for your view count though!
@@mirkone it's good to hear you've had a decent experience over the years with your Lezyne. You'll see from the other comments it's a pretty even split of those like you who have had a good experience, and those like me who have had a bad experience. If a pump has half of its users having a bad experience that seems pretty mad. If a feature on a pump can cause such a poor outcome that just seems mad, when other pumps don't have that risk. But you're right, the title probably did help view count 😉 Happy riding mate 👍
I love your voice! Thanks for sharing your lovely hidupzbag / wardrobe collection :) I actually love how you store your collection and definitely an inspiration for me in my future home

Unlessfhis is really cgesp like 500 USD, this doesnt make sense. I'vd ridden this and it feels cheap.
@@skg901 ah damn. Take it you didn't enjoy it? Same model of the Bobcat Trail and not the lower versions? It sells for more than 500USD yeah
I've had this same problem with Lezyne when unscrewing the hose, but it happened after not using the pump for a long time and an easy fix was using a bit of Lithium grease on the nosel and it hasn't failed since, "best" mini-pump ever ;)
That's not a bad idea, do you still get a good fit for the hose to attach? Ha ha nice upgrade in title as well!
@@mammothjourneys still works 2 or 3 summers later
@@rgpeters that's what you want. Good to hear mate, I'll check it out. Do you apply to grease at home and leave it as is, or take the grease on a ride with you?
Did you try using the presta (French valve) to Auto valve adapter and then just use the schrader side of the pump?
I haven't tried this but someone else suggested this as well, which seems like it would work. But by the time I got told about this I'd already bought another pump. When you give it a go let me know how you get on.
How does this compare to the Nicasio?
It would depend on what kind of riding you had in mind. I'd say overall for a bike than can do everything the Four Corners would be a great choice, but there are certain scenarios where the Nicasio+ would be more suited, and the Nicosio is a great ride. What kind of riding do you do?
I just bought this bike for a great deal, I got the step through as I will sometimes have my baby in a seat on the rear rack. I do a lot of rides around 30-60km in the city for commuting to work, and also on gravel trails. I was reading the cons of the step through and people mentioned the frame bending when going up hill, is this a real concern I should have? Personally so far I have found the bike quite stable (similar to my old Trek FX1 (Non step Through))
I've never experienced this with this bike. We sporadically have a trailer on the back and not noticed any bend with the frame, and would have gone up some hills then as well. How long have you had the bike? I guess it makes sense from an engineering perspective that it would be less rigid, but for the type of riding it's designed to do I would be surprised it would be a real risk - and for the riding you have mentioned you are doing. Have you noticed anything yet?
The same happened to me!!!! I felt like an idiot. The valve core always came out (whether I pressed the side button or not). I'm happy to hear it's a design issue.
Sorry to hear mate. Hopefully you weren't too far from home or had someone with you with another pump. You certainly aren't alone with this one! What pump did you go with instead so you don't have to use this one again?
@@mammothjourneys Funnily enough I was in the middle of a forest but there was a cafe which has a bike pump. Re:new pump... I'm cycling w/o backups... XD
@@anibalgonzalez7990 At least you got a bit of luck of where you had your puncture! The puncture Gods must have known I bought a new pump since this one as I haven't had to use it yet!

True, Lezyne design is rubbish. Had to use Lezyne pump on MTB marathon under pouring rain, and was "pleasently" suprised when Lezyne piece of crap did unscrew the valve.
Oh no that is tragic. Couldn't have happened at a worse time. Did you know there was this risk when you bought it? What a horrendous time to find out. Sorry to hear mate - what did you go for instead?
Marin has so many bikes. Every time I decide on one, I discover another.
Ha ha its a great position to be in! I've recently got the DSX2 from them and will be sharing a video shortly. Different to the other bikes I have had but ace so far.
That's THE WORST pump indeed! Whoever designed this crap should be in jail. Failed me twice...pulled out my inner core every time.
Oh no mate I am sorry to hear. You aren't alone on this one don't worry! Were you far from home?
I had the same issue with the pump pulling out that piece that releases all the air, had to call someone to pick me up lol
