Didn't know theres car F5 in this bank! Why didnt you use the panel beside elevator F5 at floor 50?
@thenumberblock24 The panel inside F5 was locked so I couldn’t reach it. F5 has not always been working but I did manage to catch a ride on it and I’m glad I did. What’s different about F5 is that it serves all floors while F1 and F2 don’t go higher than 24, and F3 and F4 are express between 1 and 24. I don’t usually go below 6 because those floors are more staffed and higher risk towards potentially getting busted.

@thenumberblock24 The keypad adjacent to car F5 on level 50 wasn’t working. Fortunately you can sometimes get F5 to work when you hit 6 on the keypad on level 50.
Staten Island has no other trains to connect to, so the bus transfer announcements shouldn’t be so surprising. Buses are SI’s main form of public transit outside the SIR.
@edwardp3502 Yep! While I was stunned for the first time to hear bus transfer announcements during this ride, however bus transfer announcements are a completely understandable and necessary move for the SIR.

so some elevators play the interior chime while others does not
@@PLANESTATION-q2j At this hotel, High Rise Car H5, Mid Rise Car M3, and on the ballroom bank the left car, these three cars have interior chimes.

@PLANESTATION-q2j For the 500As I recommend going to the basement to get those elevators; you can use the low-rise and high-rise guest cars to reach the basement.
@PLANESTATION-q2j For the PORTs (guest cars) I recommend going on a typical weekday or just a not too popular day for travels. But also most importantly it’s best to go between 1 and 3 PM because that’s between check-out and check-in times and the elevators shall be less busy at those timeframes.
Is there more in nyc, the one in soho got its interior chimes and floor passing sound removed, same thing to a Schindler 3300 at a brand new store that just opened up next to a prince at subway enterence
