Hall (living room chinnadi ga undi), 3. Guest room chinnadi ga undi 4. Kitchen - open kitchen ivva ledu, and iruku ga undi 5. Pooja room seperate ga ivva leduh, most of the stand alone apartments (2 bhk) vaallu istunnaru.....karma karma ...ee MyHome gaadu muchu taadu...
40k rent is too much for this community you are paying more and it’s not near to Financial district and not far from city
Yes it is high but no one is ready to reduce rent and most of the people living here are parents as this is in 10-15 min distance for most of the schools like Birla open minds, gaudium , meeru n few more schools
It's not far bro , maybe u don't have an idea abt the area , and 40k in high rise it's cheap compared to standalone in kondapur 😂 without cupboards and parking and they are charging alomost 45k also, water scarcity also high , this flat for 40k is good choice we are starying in nallagandla 2bhk semi gated 36k, as of now in this area and around very less traffic compared to other areas 😂

Worst investment to make is in tellapur, ive been struggling to resale the property , prices are just artificially hiked , its just a bubble , investing on a flat worth more than 70 lakhs is silly, people like sheeps investing 1.5cr in tellapur is idiotic thing to do that too on flats
For self use any gated community with good eminities is good..as it is not an invesemnt..it is a experiance for entire family..For investment defnately flat is not good option

Sq yard Then caculation as follows. Per sq feet land cost = 4000 Per sq feet construction cost = 2000(furnish) 2 bhk 1253 cost = 1253*6000 -> 75lakhs
