@oilbaron apologies for the late reply- our notifications were turned off for this video. You are correct you can experience fines to migrate through the gravel over time. As a secondary barrier a geo fabric barrier could also be laid. It will depend on the native soil that is in the trench wall.

@oilBaron100 - The gravel assists with any potential ground water coming from the bottom of the trench. It also helps to level the bottom of the trench and for the gravel to sit into the corrugations giving the pipe side support which is needed once any load is applied.

It's just a bad video with a potential. Why don't they show how the other end of the pipe is secured?!

Hi @alexandrashay - apologies for the late reply. We never had notifications on. We tried to keep the video as generic as we could without being too long. With the ends, some times they continue into an outlet or are finished off with an end cap.
