For sale?
Solid dirt bike, Yammy power!!!🇦🇺
what size socket was used for the front gear sprocket nut removal?
32mm
Thank you for the information as I'm just about to remove the wheel to put new tyres on my Bandit
Which year ZX6R did the shock come from?
03 04
I have a 1977 Honda XL Very excellent and fun to ride 👍
Do you have to leave 1 bolt missing from the cover for larger sprocket?
yes also you need to cut the sleeve for this bolt inside the sprocket cover
I know it's old vid, but what washers did you use?
Quick and to the point. Just wanted to confirm the size of the nut before I go to pull mine off. Very informative, thanks.
Thanks Ralph
A cool video. Enjoyed. Have to check if it is the same on the 650S.
Great idea for seeing if any carb is overflowing. Im in the middle of cleaning my bandit 600 carbs.. will defo do this before install.

Where does the breather hose from carburator connet to?
Where does the breather hose connect to?
Did you use dog bones to raise the bike? Because i see on the internet that the hight of the rear will drop
no stock dog bone
Did it increase power?
well with the air box mod no its steel lean with 152.5 main so i gonna aim 165-170 main jet but with stock airbox i got some flatspot with the leovince SBK slip on on stock jetting (137.5) with the 152.5 i have no flat spot more torque and a little more top end in the twisties you really feel it i will put bigger main jet soon and try to have a good mixture with the air box mod
Thank you for making this so simple and in 2mins… fucking great.
Thanks man. I needed this video.
I enjoy your videos
glad to ear that cheers
Geezzz man. Had to just stop watching that video w/o a shirt. Please don't do that again. Yuck. Not gonna lie. I'd like to subscribe. But yr belly button definately TMI ! Whew.
This is a super helpful video. Thank you so so much. Wow.!

Good job Buddy. I’m going to do the same job on mine next week. 👍🔧
Hi, is that an aftermarket headlight and wind screen that futs right over the svs ckocks?
stock headlight assembly atermarket windshield i made 2 bracket for the cluster when i convert it to streetfighter
Hi there, is there any chance you could share some details of the brackets you made to hold the sv650s instrument cluster onto the bike?
bandit 1200 foguete 😉
Does Yamaha still make the ttr 250?
Where are 2 strokes these 4 strokes suck.
Why change from 13 to 17 tooth ?
the 13 tooth was just a fun test but the bike is unrideble wheely too easely aud too hi rpm on hi way 17 its what i ride for 20 000km i really love this ratio 4000 rpm a 120kmh perfect for touring less vibration less gaz consumption and still wheely in first gear its like having a 6th gear
The track would suit a smaller bike.
correct
Hi did you sell your Bandit 1200 ?
sell 2 1 left
Damn! 😮
-G moment
Front wheel wasn't on the ground.
I have a question Can the BANDIT 1200 front wheel be installed on the SV650s (vp52a)?
I own an sv650, pretty agile little bikes, still in love with it
totally agree easy bike really charismatic engine light really well balanced correct brake but non ajustable suspension that the weak point really love it too
Thanks for the video, helped me a lot. I'm going to remove a carb tomorrow because it stopped working on rear cylinder (at least it runs poorly, because it's getting hot), and pops and backfires on higher revs, like there is too much fuel.
your bike running good and its start to do this without reason ? do you have a good idle ?
@@RaphRide Not really, it started to choke during the ride, loosing power, then it completely stopped firing up. I checked plugs and coils, they're good. Then I checked the fuel in a tank, and it was all with rust, and looked like diluted with water. I drained whole tank and in the end brown slurry came out. I managed to start it with clean fuel, connecting bottle to the fuel line and it finally got back to life but still runs poorly on rear cylinder and making popcorn in the exhaust :) I removed carb, thanks to your video, doing step by step yesterday and again dirty fuel came out of it. I can't remove the screws, they are stuck and tighten very hard, looks like it was never been cleaned out.
ok removing the float bowl bolt can be really painful to unscrew my sv bolt are completely stick too but you must find a way to remove it if you tank are rusty your pilot jet can be clogged 2nd possibility its your float valves don't seal well cause your carb overflow so remove your float bowl some screws are reachable with vise grip
@@RaphRideThank you for your tips. It looks like SV lives again. I cleaned the carbs, they were very gunky with rust from the tank. Suprisingly jets were quite clean, but the float valves, float bowls and choke valves (that slot where choke cable with piston and spring goes in) were pretty dirty and probably it made running the bike constantly on reach mixture on second cylinder. Unfortunately I couldn't move pilot mixture screw, it's stuck, but I left it. I put almost everything back togather, fired it up and it seems running fine after tuning the idle speed, throttle and choke cables. I'm going to finish the bike tomorrow and try it for a ride :)
Toujours super informatif merci pour l'info!!!
I’ve got similar issue with flooding in carb 3, just curious as to if I take out the float and valve to clean wouldn’t I need to set float height? Thanks in advance also I hope I don’t as I have no confidence in float height 😂
float height dosent unset by itself if you don't bend the little metal stripes your float height gonna stay set correctly
Looks like fun!
I had the Same Problems on my Bandit GSF K3 650. It Ain't Easy. 😢😢 😮
Is it now short gears , but more power ?
short gearing don't give any power just more shifting more acceleration and higher rpm for the speed
Please, enable subtitles
lol learn how youtube works ......
Thank you
Standard suspension?
yes
