      Here these are raw sprouts as they will get cooked anyway and you can add Rice Flour for consistency or Dosa Batter as I have shown in my recent Instagram reel roo.

      For fermenting any batter you need to let it rest for 4 to 8 hours depending upon the temperature of your place ji. Do not add salt before fermentation. Mix with your hands to initiate fermentation

    Suji is broken wheat...wheat broken is dacia, Dalia broken into suji Suji refine again in maida All from wheat(gehoo)

      Pomegranate and curd is considered best for treatment of Colitis Pomegranate and Mango is exception
