I see there are two conduit coming up through the bottom of the unit in this Aleko Gate mother operator Video (I am only asking in this UA-cam video because so far this is a good example of seeing two conduits installed for this product usage.). I bought an Aleko 2700 for my sliding gate. I have not finished installing it yet. There is only one hole in the base it mounts to. I need two holes for two conduits, one for the power 120vac, and another for low voltage for accessories to run the wires/cables separate and not in the same conduit at the power cable. Did others drill new holes in the base with a hole saw? There are no provisions in the cover, or other parts for another set of wires and or conduit. I see this as bad planning by Aleko, making us look for more holes for low and high voltage cables that need to be separate. I have looked all over the Internet and instructions and there is nothing about these issues with in regards to installing power and conduit into existing hardware. For the money this stuff cost, they should have drilled the second hole for safety of low and high power separation. 120vac and 12/24V DC. IMHO

I don't need help with this. I just posted this so I could send the Aleko people a link to the problem. The wand was faulty and they replaced it. Not totally certain, but may have gotten water in it after heavy rains.
