In digaram you showed in beginning 69.5 cm is whole length including round pipe in the end. But in making you cut 69.5 cm length in square pipe itself. Which one is correct?

I was hoping to find this. I searched and searched before. These blinds remind me of the old residences in the Philippines. They were made quite similar to yours, and simply. These were the actual windows in those old houses. I think the wood was either monkey pod or Philippine mahogany. Ok... The difference is they used a metal rod through staples in the center of each slat, and this rod moved the slats open and closed.
