Using an Instax Wide 300 Camera
Переглядів 19 тис.5 років тому
This video is about using an Instax Wide 300 camera. I am shooting color film outside on a clear sunny day in the morning, and the demonstration of color is shown in the various murals which I am very happy with. In my opinion for a camera such as this the quality is quite good. I especially enjoy the wide format. #instax #fujifilm #photography #instantfilm #instaxwide300 #wide300 #filmcamera

My friend just gave me this camera, I’m waiting to get the film but I’m super excited ! Awesome video thanks for the super simple explanations !
Thanks for the video. I have not used my RB67 in years. This video was a good review for me because I do not have a manual.
what strap is that brother
Thank you for educating us all. Cheers! 😀🥳
You forgot to tell them about setting the iso, or point out that you set the iso to 100 for the reading.
Also didnt tell that the orange pointer is for reference to one reading when we take a second reading. I wanted to ask, since this guy isnt replying, what are the red numbers on top most meter? And how do I get a 24fps reading for aperture priority, especially with an ND? Does the light blocker slide come in different numbers to match the ND number we are using? Or is there any other way?
Nice demonstration, I´m just waiting for the postman to bring me my Instax Wide 300, white "toffee" colour, should be here every minute!
Thanks friend!
This is NOT light painting
Superb explanation.
Glad you liked it. Thanks for watching the video.
Thanks 4 sharing The prism has a exposure meter ?
You had better buy lomo instant. What its plastic eye can depict? Lomo has a glass objective.
No, the mirror doesn't go back until you re-cock the camera.

XLNT video on the 2 view finders. I am waiting for my RB67 from Japan and looking for a prism finder as well. It seems that all prism finders seem to indicate some fungus... Should I really care about some fungus in the prism finder for the RB67? Thank you
Just a quick one - does the split prism work for focusing when you remove the waist level finder and put on the eye level finder? cheers!
Yes, the split prism is on the ground glass, and the different finders are just different ways of looking at the ground glass. So the focusing screen is accurate either way
hey how do you put your photos in the video?
How many times you can use the same developer ?
Amazing shots! I'm trying to decide whether to buy this camera or the sq1 because of the square film. Which one do you suggest?
"Front Part" is called a Dark Slide.
Your voice is soothing omg really helpful video! 😘
great photos ..nice video
He took some beautiful pictures
What light did you use? Use flash?
Hi Ed! Thank you for this very informative video!
Just ordered one my friend 😁
It's a robust camera. This tripod is good for a compact small camera.
This is the best tutorial. Simple and concise. Many thanks
Really nice and helpfull video! Planning to buy this camera too. Looks amazing,
Thanks! Great video - do you think your photos come out crisper on the one step+ when you use a tripod?
How much does this camera cost?
Love this camera, pining for the day that I can get one myself.
this is the best video explanation of this camera i have ever seen, i was looking for this for so much time, thx
I tried it at a party with my friends in the dark and of course I‘ve used the flash. Unfortunately you couldn’t see any of us, it was all black the only thing which was visible, was the light (we drew a lightning). I have no idea what we did wrong, could you help me please?
Is this problem really worthed a video? Just use that stand for a different camera and enjoy your life 😅
The best medium format camera,magnific!
I ordered one today. After lots of research this unit should give the biggest and best picture quality for the money, we will see.
Kinda sounds like lucky penny shop
Give it to me please
The image is not upside down. It's just reversed left to right.
Swansong 007 i put that on the captions as a correction. Thanks for mentioning. The caption might have not been shown.
give me the camera
its a great camera you want to try it? let me know
I think it means that you are supposed to paint like words in the air with the light not just shine the light on an object for acouple seconds lol
yes painting letters in the air works great. I wanted to try it with a light shining on objects.
Hi thanks for your video. I didn’t realise the difference not having a prism finder you hold up to your eye. Did you know you can fire the camera with out removing the rotary back and with out taking a picture, just pull the slide to the point of the triangle cut out in the slide where you hold it. Greetings from Scotland
That’s so good to know. Thanks Ken. Have you used an RV series mamiya?
You failed to eliminate the anti halation layer because of insufficient fixing and poor washing technique, that is why your negatives look pink.
I discovered by problem. I didn’t use enough D76. That is very good to know. What type of washing technique do you recommend?
Good video!! I have a question, why didn't you use stop bath? Is There a significant result with or without it?
Water is a cheaper alternative to using a stop bath
MisticPhrynosoma i usually use water; however, stop bath is a great choice. I have not had any quality issues with either. I do know that with stop bath you use less water. Good question!!
If you have any hints about using stop bath please let me know.
Jesus christ 11 minutes ill never get back. What you said could have been said in 30 seconds.
this guy just doesn't know what the f**k he's talking about. what a waste of time.
they say you should put them in your bag or out of sunlight to help it develop the best. Sunlight can effect the picture exposure
that's a good idea. I should do a test and let the community see if there are differences.
Hey, nice vid! I have a question for you. Do you find it more difficult to focus with the prism than with the waist level finder? THX
Pablo García Esparza focusing is very fast with the prism. The waist is quick too, but the camera might be in some awkward position.
Thanks again :)
