No lake access. No pool. No tennis court. No basketball court. Heating/cooling is expensive electric. Property taxes alone $5,000 per month. The views atop the bluff look great, but you are out in the middle of Timbuktu. How far away is medical, shopping, entertainment? Add in yearly upkeep costs (interior and exterior), and one can see why this property priced at $14,000,000 has not sold in years.

I wonder why they are selling?. They would have to really love it I love it I see doing a bed and breakfast or weddings even church functions there would be great potential for The community

It wont sell. Nobody buys another persons dream hime when they can build their own & new w/ a pool & Jaquzzi this house needs indoor & outdoor pools.

This looks like an office building...I like a cozy house, one that feels like it is cuddling you. This extremely open house is like walking into a huge office building, corporate building. Nothing cozy about this and I don't understand how people even live in a such a place. I guess some people have different taste.

Location is great, but it doesn't look like there was an architect involved. For a ''Luxury'' property it's definitely lacking.

We have missed you in my house

When you look at the backside at 0:29s it looks terribly boring. This is not a landscaping for a 14 Million dollar house. The Bases of the pillars are way too big and chunky. All shiny stones and surfaces inside. Nothing warm in that house. A ginormous sofa and a tiny TV in the corner. Half of the people won't be able to see the screen and the others are too far away. The whole house feels like a big warehouse to have furniture on display. The same style of cabinets in every room, kitchen bathrooms, closets... all the same. The view from the main bedroom at 3:08 looks terrible. All that money for marble and stones and not a penny on landscaping. I guess it was a business location and they remodeled it for residential use. It's sad, because it's a great location. And why that voice over?

That marble flooring & the furniture used to stage the interior of the main house is a pretty big ditractor from buying a property like this. When the additional garage/building looks better than the main, then its time to invest in some professionals to help make it presentable.👎🏼
