the key to Revelation Have you ever wondered why Jesus does not appear to be in Chapter 4 of the Book of Revelation? Let's look at Heb 1:3 "The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his being". Now, the emerald is the stone of the tribe of Judah in the breastpiece of the high priest. You will find this to be true in the KJV, not in the NIV or the NASB. However, the Jewish historical societies all agree that the emerald is the stone of the tribe of Judah. Notice that the rainbow encircles the throne. No one comes to the Father except throught the Son. Note that the rainbow is not mentioned in Chapter 5. However when the elder refers to the Lion of the tribe of Judah do you think he was looking at the rainbow? When John then looks he sees a Lamb looking as if it had been slain. Remember God the Father is represented in Chapter 4 as one sitting on the throne. The Holy Spirit is represented as seven lamps before the throne. Do you think that Jesus is represented by the rainbow encircling the throne?

@@stoutbbcm Yes I know- I h visited there the morning of the day(evening service) that they were going to vote on him to be their pastor.I have been going to Grace Baptist & Rod visited there with me a week ago & I also want him to go with me to visit Oak Knoll too.It is actually only about a mile or so from where we live.I was so surprised to see that he preached at Bible Baptist!I was watching online & I looked at him & was like"that's the new pastor at Oak Knoll church!" I have been struggling with some major OCD(I've had it for 32 yrs) issues since we moved here-Kim also.I can't fully go into it but it has an effect on what I can/want to do but I do trust in the Lord & with His help try to fight it.I miss Bible Baptist-the most wonderful church I've been blessed to go to & wish do much O could've done more for the Lord there.I battled OCD obcessions & always felt so bad for not doing more.Thank you for being our pastor for almost 13 yrs! I've learned & been challenged so much by your preaching& still am online.Thank you for your advice-I'm going to see if Rod will go with me Sun.eve.God bless & prayers....Julie Crist
