Hi there, this popped into my recommended and I'm so glad I decided to give it a watch! My only previous experience with Daggerfall was as part of an ESO anthology run at GDQ, which amounts to pretty much nothing. I loved the chill, cozy vibe you're going for, and didn't mind your 'rambling' at all. It felt like I was sitting on a couch next to a friend who wanted to show me a game he loves. I'm looking forward to watching the rest of this series, and all you other videos as well.

Daggerfall is one of my favorite games of all time and is often overlooked in the open-world RPG space, but it still holds its own, especially with Unity and all of the modding work that has been done. You have made the game look extraordinary with the mods you're using and you're doing a great job! You have earned a new subscriber & playlist binger (lol), keep up the good work my friend. I'd like to play Daggerfall again, maybe on my channel, do you have the list of mods you're using posted anywhere?

I tried to watch your video but, sadly, you seem to talk more about your own life and random current events and not as much about what you're doing in the game. And when you do talk about what you're doing in the game, you seem to be more of a "gamer" than a "roleplayer." Not trying to sound mean, I just wanted to give my opinion on your style. It's good to branch out to other TTRPGs! My friends and I started with Dungeons and Dragons 5e, and have since moved on to other systems. I'm also anticipating Draw Steel.

This is where the series really got gripping - wonderful narration & well written intro for this episode - was instantly engrossed and got me immersed, and then the transition felt right to switch to out of character narration as gameplay begun. Great stuff, great style and would love to see more.

I had a similar issue when I restarted playing Daggerfall this time around. Made a character who was supposed to basically be a spellsword, but messed up character creation and gave them like 30 mana. Made another one which was nice but then found a mod where you had to sleep and eat which I liked, so I had to restart again for that. Both characters I gave up on at level 7. This survival character has at least made it to level 9 now. Furthest I've made it is 17 when I actually beat the game the first time.

Tbh, my youtube recommended one of your parts that wasnt the first, but I just clicked the video, then your account and went to playlists and started at number one. Sometimes I like to watch some older ES gameplay. And its always a plus to have someone put some brain into there gameplay through roleplay. I dig it man 👍

Amazing intro and this is exactly what I’ve been looking for! I love rp playthroughs of the elder scrolls and sadly their hasn’t been very many for daggerfall so I will be watching every episode of this series with great anticipation.

1:16:57 u need to download the dream transparent windows version from the same site as u downloaded the normal one. Then u need toput that mod in the last of the load order. Thats what worked for me.

You asked where we came from around 51:33 I looked up permadeath morrowind content years ago and when I saw your content then I subscribed and have been watching every video since I will say I love the permadeath content and seeing it of any of the elder scrolls games will keep me invested : )

I'm definitely optimistic for The Wayward Realms. Even if the game never comes out, or I end up not liking it, we'll still have Daggerfall.
