Yes, this is so true. I was once in a place that I would always suppress my feelings. Push them down deep and keep moving. I remember in 2020, I lost my brother in a car accident, anytime I get emotional, I would cut it off. Just suppress the feelings. I’ve learned to process my feelings and allow myself time to feel whatever it may be at that time. Great share! Thank you
