My best way is 500 degree oven 9 minutes per pound uncovered . turn off oven let sit in over for around 1hr 20 minutes. always delicious and on the rarer side. if you prefer more well done. let it sit in oven longer. that flat piece of meat looks like a chuck roast not a sirloin tip

Isn’t there a specific ratio of water to bones for proper healing bone broth? This looks warm and yummy! I want to be sure that I get it right the first time! TY, in advance, to anyone who answers my question.
i read somewhere that 1kg of bones should make 2.5 liters of broth that should then be about 6-12grams of collagen per cup serving. not sure what the max level on the instant pot is, but if you boil them in less water what i'd do is boil them a second time for maybe an hour or two (a technique for boiling bones that results in a second batch that is often called "clear" broth), and use enough water the second time to make it up to 2.5l, maybe 3l since it should get out a bit more nutrients in the second boil. then you should be getting at least 12g of collagen per cup.

This was practically useless. What do I do if I get a giant knuckle bone in my order? How long should it be cooked? Should I have a butcher saw it in half for me? How many times can a knuckle bone be reused? Try to make videos that are actually informative.
