With over a decade of experience leading transformative wellness retreats in Costa Rica, Greece, and the US, Anisha brings a wealth of wisdom to our conversation.
She opens up about her recent experience with Hurricane Helene and her volunteer efforts to support those affected. Anisha also shares her inspiring journey into the world of healing, detailing how she became an acupuncturist and co-founded Pangu Yoga-a unique practice blending yoga and qigong steeped with love and kindness.
Through her work, Anisha taps into the life force energy, which she has been cultivating over the last 20 years with a dedicated practice of qigong, meditation, taichi and yoga to deliver profound healing in both her in-person and remote acupuncture sessions and retreats worldwide.
