hi sir any job vacancy in your company ? i am certified installer technician here in saudi.
Anyone else have any trouble with the app? frustrating as i like to frequently change between passage mode being on or off and use the app to unlock and lock but 9/10 it will say operation failed and eventually work after several attempts. Phone is always in close proximity to the lock and connected to wifi etc. Any help here would be appreciated as i am enjoying these locks however i am finding the app is letting them down.
Hi Matthew. That's strange but we sure can help. Give us a call on 09 276 8818. I'd personally recommend the WIFI module, so that you don't have to worry about the bluetooth connection to easily make these changes. Regards, Hayden
