Yes, it can be done successfully AND unsuccessfully. MAYBE this can help you KNOW what's in store for the DIY guy. The screws are SUPER MICRO and I needed magnifying glasses to see what I was doing. The glass is DELICATE and seems to want to crack at the least amount of pressure. If certain places are glued too thick THAT is where you're most likely to crack your glass.

I read articles of that mechanics say new ones should read between 600 through 1200 ohms. WHO REALLY KNOWS!!!??? I did one myself to see for myself and THIS is what my meter showed me. Judge for yourself.

This video actually shows you this model: Calling for heat, engaging the Inducer motor, waiting 18 seconds for the ignitors and gas valve to open, and then awaiting the Indoor Fan Motor (IFM) to be energized at 1 min. 4 seconds from T-stat calling for heat. Once room is heated to your specs...the gas and inducer stop together and the IFM runs to cool off the exchanger for 1 minute and 30 second...

When you are tired and frustrated...you just want to get the THING off and a new one back on. Its bad enough to have to tear down so many top things to get to it just to find out that you have to buy a new one and forgot to look at how you took the last one off...hope this helps.

It had water leaking under it. The repairman wanted $69 hour which would include parts chasing. The hose would be marked up 30% on top of the $30 hose making it 39.00 4 hours perhaps making it $276 labor 39.00=$315 or so...New unit costs $700.00

TOP MECHANICS are telling me that the CPU system is a known lemon and now this 2006 BEAUTIFUL Chrysler with a beautiful body, perfect interior and clean engine WILL NO LONGER PASS EMISSION TESTS and is deemed (s)crap. I got a WAIVER for registration Year 2018 and will be denied any others on this vehicle.

Sooo if I didn’t get that thin metal gasket on there what will happen? I almost gave up and set the mf on fire and finally got it and then seen that gasket on the ground. I can’t do that again no way in hell
Refrigerant tape did you use? I'm having the hardest time in the world getting it sealed correctly.
This is a whirlpool built machine from around 2007 built in benton harbor. On some of these you can turn the timer backwards when it’s pushed in to set your desired cycle but never turn it backwards

Thanks for the video. I took my car in for a tune up and my car started to stall and or run funky so I checked out the job and sure enough the damn seal was messed up so on the side of the road I too used some of that self sealing rubber tape wrapped it around the valve tube and manifold and it worked like a charm. I was back on the road in no time. Glad to see I’m not the only one that had that idea. 👍🏼

I had some loss of power in my Charger, the 2 seals on the egr tube were bad so I replaced both but even with the new ones on it doesn't seal right in the Plenum. There wasn't really much of a difference in how the car runs after changing the seals. Could it be something else?

It's not the throttle body.
Sounds like they are making it harder than it has to be. The u0121 is abs not communicating and next u would wanna see what other modules it’s not talking to. If it’s multiple chances are the can wiring or a bad module or a fuse has blown powering module definitely not 8k to diag. Sounds like a tech who didn’t want to work on a car above his level
THIS denial came DIRECTLY from the DMV inspection BOSS himself who called me to the DMV in person with this car. This was a real gut punch and Chrysler Dealership just shrugged of my report. SO, I told the salesman I bought it from that I would NEVER buy another car from HIM again and that I would post the report on the shared media formats such as this one.

I have this washer and watched this video trying to figure out how to open it up. I tried this method for about half an hour and then gave up and called a repair man. The repair man popped it open in one minute. Here's what you do. (As best as I can remember. It was a few weeks ago.) I'll call "the console" the part of the washer with all the knobs on it. 1. Stand facing the washer. 2. Slide a putty knife or some other flat metal object under the console (between the console and the top of the washer) on the left front. It will release a latch. 3. Do the same on the right front. It will release a second latch. 4. The console will swing up and back, hinging on the back of the washer. 5. Each latch will have a metal hinge type thing that you remove, allowing the console to swing all the way back. 6. Now the whole metal body cover of the washer can be lifted away, so that you're left with the washer drum and machinery still attached to the back that has all the cords.

At 3:25 you said there's no way to check the fuel pump but actually yes there is, you check the fuel pump by checking the fuel pressure at the fuel rail. Listen People. Don't believe everything you hear or see on UA-cam. There's real Mechanics out here and then there's these type. Just saying

Can that cause smoke to come from the front of the engine I replaced that egr tube seal and pcv valve and valve cover gaskets now it’s smoking from the front and the lightning bolt sign come on dash and shuts car off

that focking grommet at the end of the EGR valve is such a royal pain in the ass unless you take the whole plastic cover by the windshield wiper motors!! i installed a brand new intake manifold and low and behold the stupid ass grommet was busted and i could not replace it on the fly and i was livid with the idiotic engineering behind this car. real smart dodge, real smart..
It's just one pump the other side is a feeder point/regulator,filter and another place to gauge the fuel level..

If I disconnect the line from that fuel filter that black line that's on top and I crank the key should fuel be coming out of the top of my filter?

Can anybody explain what the plastic little balls are for? I changed the transmission oil and three of them came out,and I disconnected the panel connected to the filter,and that's how they came out.Does anyone know where I should put them?

I have the same noise on my 300c 2005 and a mechanic thinks it's the water pump pulley , I dont think it is . It probably is the alternator...
Or just let Dodge/Chrysler change the entire tank, pump, regulator for free, lifetime replacement. Reimbursement also if already done previous to recall notice.

@@SundanceFilmFest yes sir, i got my Chrysler/Dodge letter a while back. Lots of cars are affected by this actually and these vin#s are listed on their site and mine is one of those. Mine turned out to be the wiring crumbling and i did a video about it on my channel fixing it.

I own a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT 3.8L. Worst Van I have ever owned. I have to pull the IOD fuse for the locks to work and the door to open. Now ABS light is on, and emission code 0420. I have owned older vans like the Voyager without problems but this 2005 is the worst.
Ken p0420 is a common code for the dodge/Chrysler family of vehicles. In a vehicle old like ours since I’m have one in the family the emissions have been carboned up and shouldn’t be washed and reused. P0420 is the oxygen sensors. I hit that code with an 01, 07, & 08. The parts to fix it are cheap. Finding the labor is another issue. 1A Auto has the videos you need to correct the P0420, but they always say change your gas cap first to make sure you are preventing air leaks on that end because it’s a too much gasoline and not enough oxygen balance for the best performance so beware of filling the tank to FULL. Just DONT! Only between 3/4 and all the way full otherwise it breaks down the transmission through the coolant/antifreeze system.

That’s a pretty expensive fix close to 1000 bucks knnparts alone from mopar my fuel pump has went and I’m going to just replace the drivers side in my 5.7 Hemi

Sorry if it sounded like I contradicted myself...its been a day talking about with experts. So here goes a $30,000 car right down the Crapper for me. It still runs great but tends to code with PO300s about once a week. So this car has no future period is what I should have said.
why pull the crank case?
Thought it was perhaps something else before I figured out that all it was was the alternator...

Ok so the weird wine you hear after starting and driving(until road noise drowns it out) it's the alternator? Trying to be 100% sure before I got drop money into one. Sorry just realized this was a year ago. Did replacing the alt fix that sound?

It turned out to BE an Deteriorating CPU all along causing 1 problem after another. Many of the parts did not really need to be replaced BECAUSE it was proven to be a crappy manufacturing of 2006 computers from the start.
did the car randomly die while driving and turn back on? that's what mine did for a while then out of nowhere last night I went to start it and it ran for a few seconds then died and kept cranking after that. no noise from the fuel pump during keying the ignition.
What you just explained is what’s happening to my 05 limited with 191k on the dash. Just cut of while driving then just cranks won’t turn over idk what to do

So you were getting trouble code p0016 and the engine was running real rough? Rumbling loudly? Thats the case with mine and I have replaced both the camshaft position sensor and the crankshaft position sensor, still running rough and getting same trouble code...
