Digital BP monitors are waste of money and very risky to life. I tried more than 10 digital monitors. When my actual BP was 160/90 it displayed 115/75 range only. Mercury sphygmomanometer is the only reliable BP apparatus. Digital BP monitors are helpful to doctors to get more uncontrolled BP patients

Well , thanks to Dr osoria for the herbal medicine . This confirms what I've been doing is working . Also because of the natural living , I stop a lot of medications , especially for multiple sclerosis . Yes , you are right , we do need vitamins . We also need to get rid of the toxin stuff we use every day and the food we eat so we don't get sick . The list goes on . The only thing I have trouble is with thyroids , that's the only medications

once i went to clinic doctor used this machine and reading shows 144/ 87 then later i went to other clinic to check my bloodpressur with vaccum pump type machine it shows 127/ 80 then how we can belive in the machine ....

Straight to.the point accurate, some g.p.'s could do with watching this, them often making hypertension diagnosis & dishing out meds for life on the bassis of a few high readings, taken when you've only been sat for a couple of minutes. You're most likely unwell, bit stressed, you are talking, you've not long walked to the surgery, or has mild exercise just to & from bus/ car & CERTAINLY NOT sat quietly, not talking for 10 minutes,& they should also check for underlying causes. DON'T BE AFRAID to ask questions, question everything. It's your body, your life.
