If conversation can't be used then on same corollary conversation in person can't be given by one of the conversant... Now cruelty between spouses occurs by conversation between themselves, then how will one party prove cruelty..!!?? This is weird... Sometimes right to privacy goes overboard...

Sir, kindly let me know if an IA regarding perjury can be submitted in cr. Revision maintenance case already filed and is in process in High Court. Maintenance case got over in 2023 and certain facts regarding perjury came to light after maintenance order was passed. Please let me know whether 340 of 195 can be submitted in my high court cr.
