Nice 1 Mark mate, its the fun and enjoyment i enjoy. Watching people make videos sowing their onion seeds and the videos they make as their onions progress on their journey into gianthood ( hopefully ) hopefully learning some new tricks and knowledge along the way and hopefully sharing the little knowledge i have with people.

I did watch this video while away on a holiday but forgot to leave a comment. Coming back now to do so. I guess at the time I didn't have anything good to say about slugs because they decimated my crops back in May/June and certainly didn't help my garden thrive, lol. I do agree that they are part of the ecological diversity to a garden but I do not have enough natural predators that are eating them to leave my crops to chance. Thanks for the interesting information 🙂

Very informative video, loads of things I didn't know about slugs. I was tempted to try the ale trick for them this year, but like you say they are a food source for some animals.

Want rid of slugs. Get a farm duck. End of.

I find leopard slugs very interesting and I tend to leave them alone or move them to a safe area. We have ones here that have a vibrant orange skirt and are absolutely huge. Great update Mark even if it was gross 🤢 to watch them 😂😂. Have a super week, Ali ☔️☔️☔️🇨🇦

Great Video and full of information. I never knew about CHEP before.

Similar to yourself I never did well with cauliflower so I tend not to grow it certainly spring into summer. The only time I did have a good result was 2 years ago when I accidentally sowed some in the autumn and 1 managed to grow with a decent head over winter into the spring. I think I may try again this time.

Hi Mark, Summer has definitely been and gone! But like you say, there is still so much we can grow. The lengths we go to in order to protect our brassicas! Love the water dispenser cloches... ❤thanks gang gang for sharing this info.yes I think my tomato has blight.i burn all of it.i never compost tomatoes since they reseed every where.any debris in my garden that doesnt loom good I dont put them in my compost.just to make sure.thanks again for checking my Chanel. New sub here❤❤❤

I try to use pallets as much as possible and anything else reclaimed. Prefer not to spend a fortune if I don’t have to. Most of my beds are made of pallets - I also have just got some decking boards that can turn into beds.

We don’t really use a lot of pallets because here they are garbage and press board. But having said that we occasionally see good ones and we have used them but mostly for Gerald to store car parts on 😂. Fab details on how, where and what Mark. Have a great week, Ali 🌦️🇨🇦

I thought that was very informative. We source from a local pallet makers yard. He usually has a few collars of different sizes. A local discounter was selling brand new collars for the princely sum of £24 each! 😆, so it's prudent to shop around. Great video. Elaine 🌱 👍😮
