How do you change it from half throttle to full? Does the full throttle come with the bike or is a extra thing I have to buy?
Ordered Fatfish $2499 14th Dec as a Xmas present for my teenage son online through Bunnings Warehouse Marketplace. He had saved his birthday money and sold his mountain bike so he could help buy it for Xmas. The ETA was 19th-23rd Dec. It didn't arrive so we rang Ride on 24th Dec who said it hadn't been sent but would be sent that afternoon but would not arrive for Xmas. Young bloke was disappointed but understanding. I rang again on the 27th Dec and I was told it still hadn't been sent, but it would definitely be sent that afternoon and a tracking number would be sent as confirmation. I didn't hear anything back. I have emailed Ride and received no reply or phone call. I escalated a complaint to Bunnings and they've contacted Ride who still haven't responded. It is now 30th Dec and still no dispatch or tracking number, no email from Ride, and no answer on the phone from Ride HQ Southport. Bunnings have told me they're closed until the 6th Jan. I've been more than reasonable and patient with the wait, but my son is still without his Xmas present and I'm filthy with the poor customer service and lack of communication.

Is the fat fish water proof I can’t find it on the website
The Fatfish is water-resistant, meaning it can handle a bit of splash or light rain. However, it's not fully waterproof, so we don't recommend riding it through water or in heavy rain to keep it in top condition.
