hello po! first time ko po mag renew ng license dito sa japan. after po ng seminar ang binigay lang po samin yung lumang license na may stamped po tapos yung validity niya sa likod ng card. Idedeliver nalang po ba sa bahay yung bagong license? sa local police lang po ako nag renew
