Anyhow what I know and have researched, all non immi and immigrant visa to the US wil have to schedule a biometrics at the US EMBASSY in Manila if booked for interview on or after Sept 28. I am not 100 percent sure about the kind of visa you have IF embassy will also give you BIO SCHED with your Interview Sched at the Embassy. Wait for their paper or you can call directly to US embassy hotline to verify this. 💞

Please tell me if you find the answer. My mom also has been scheduled by NVC. All information I find is how to schedule BOTH appointments for non immigrant visas. I find nearly nothing about scheduling ONLY a biometric appointment. And the new system that was supposed to “recognize” the need for only one appointment by case number, failed miserably.
