I used zucchini as a substitute for pasta- I also used ground beef and marinara sauce and made my own white sauce or bechamel sauce Tips: to remove excess water in the zucchini frying first might help. You can also coat them with bread crumbs if you would like. But I didn’t fry them and it’s a little watery but taste good nonetheless.
