Designers keep in mind.....HDI = $$$ In large quantities, its not too bad. For low to medium quantities, the price can cause trouble on the business side of the project. Before spending a lot of time compacting your design with blind/buried/laser vias.....take a look at the cost impact. Prototyping and pilot runs are expensive.

You should go over how to speak English
This project has some serious problems and will never work. Your power supply is dead wrong, multiple supply pins are connected incorrectly, this will KILL your RP2040 on powerup.
Other cad software also integrate ai
