Scam

I switched to Aliera and regret it. they haven't denied my claim 7 months after a minor surgery, they just keep promising to look into it and withholding payment. My conclusion is that Aliera offers good rates, but doesn't provide the coverage they claim. Scam or just disorganized? Hard to tell.
