Found an inexpensive hotel near walking trails and explored miles of pretty land. I love to escape and also lay in a bathtub for self care. I only have a small stand up shower at home. #healthylifestyle #greatescapes3 #walkingtour

A bigger van is definitely easier. When you can have a dedicated spot for each thing, and space to stand up and stretch out! You could join the butterfly group and get some ideas!

I’m going to start adding spinach or kale to my smoothie daily. I’m not sure which would be best. I know spinach won’t change the flavor, but I believe that kale has more nutritional value?
