Hi Helen and Andy Travel. As always, a lovely video, and the picture quality is amazing. Fully understand about trying to find somewhere safe to put your campervan as you are visiting at very busy times. We went to Cordoba and parked, safely in the aire just outside the old town. Not cheap, but it was ideally situated, for what we wanted to do. Please try again it's a beautiful place to visit. Maybe try and do Spain 🇪🇸 in the cooler months, as you know there's so much history in the country. What surprises me is you both never wear a hat 👒 😮 I'm sure this would help with sunstroke and dehydration 😉 I couldn't be without one in the heat, I've even convinced my husband it's the right thing to do 😊 I've just read your comment about going to Croatia. Would that be in Gino or flying? Anyway, love watching your videos, so please keep them coming.

Just watching this latest video. We have been doing what you do for 20 years, 3 months per year predominantly in France. After, probably, 10 years we realised that walks are walks, views are views, culture is culture pretty much anywhere BUT the cherry on the icing on top of the cake is "people". We've also followed the rise and fall of the most popular vanlife vloggers out there for years and watched their constant quest for "content". All well and good when it's new and "the world" is your oyster but moving on, never building relationships, avoiding crowds and searching for new stuff all the time is draining. Some, move to "projects" or other continents but, as far as we can see, the battle that vloggers eventually all face daily becomes less enjoyable. At "our" stage of life, once the newness of being on camera wares out, is it really worth the effort? Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy your videos and will watch more but do not envy the pressure of chasing content whilst chasing fulfilment on the road. Human interaction is the key to life for us. Young people in particular drag us along in their slipstream and after all this time (in the words of one of my songs) "its faces not places that hit you with their smiles". Simple pleasures. Selfishly I hope that you carry on and flourish so that we can all feed off your experiences whilst we languish between trips (thank you Brexit) but I don't envy the trials of finding content every day.

Don’t give up your videos are great. We do Spain & Portugal in the winter which is peak season for campervaners. If you haven’t been please go to Croatia and enjoy the journey down through Germany & Austria. Look forward to your next adventures.

Last time we were in Vilajoyosa was a few years back late october. We were ( along with a fair few other motorhomes ) allowed to stay in the car park south end of the prom and beach. Just where the coloured town houses start. Seen on other vlogs this is no more . Nice to see the place again.

We visited Vilajoyosa on the tram from benidorm, 😊

I never know how old these vlogs / are, if you gave info on where you are going and at what time of year people can help you, had an apartment on the best beach in Spain ( shush don’t tell any one )in Spain for 20 years could have told you about that place 👍

Happy New year to you both, we walked up to the cross. We went to Finistrat by bus, we couldn't work out how to walk back. I'm guessing it was up and over the rock/hill but we came to a brick wall, could see ponienti beach. 😂We like the outskirts of benidorm, we walked from benidorm to Albir and Altea, we knew a back way so didn't have to walk the long road in. Love the vlog was hoping to see that bit where you walk from Finistrat beach to Ponienti beach😊Happy Travels 🤗

Hi We have been watching UA-cam and came across your videos by chance. The reason being we have gone back to a motorhome having decided to give our caravan that we kept at Camping de la Bastide, St Foy Le Grande to our daughter and son in law. We realised that we met you at the camp site. It is our intention this year to travel to Santander and then make our way down to Roses via France or Spain. Can't decide which is the best route. Perhaps you could give us some advice? You may or may not remember us we were on the first pitch as you enter the site which is at the end of your video on the way home from Bergerac. Glad you liked our hometown it's a typical spanish town and the beaches are well kept because the council keep it that way it's not like your benidorm type of places and ther are plenty of eating anð drinking places if you had looked a little bit further the aguilians are very friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate you there is another aire at the other side of town

as estátuas que segundo diz evocam "D.Quixote"... têm algo a ver com a história de Silves, Silves era um "Mundo" operário corticeiro (corticeiro = operário que trabalha a cortiça [o meu avô e o meu pai eram operários corticeiros])... os burros que transportam a cortiça eram os pequenos agricultores que tinham uns quantos sobreiros (sobreiro = árvore que dá a cortiça [extraída em cada circulo de 9 anos])... esse era um pequeno rendimento para os mesmos, e, vinham vender às fábricas existente... resumindo aquele pequeno grupo de estátuas é uma singela homenagem feita aos corticeiros de Silves...

Great vlog and I have subscribed and going to watch some more but it looks like you have walked around the outskirts of La linea, if you go through the middle straight across from the border crossing early evening there’s a great cafe, tapas bar culture. It is unfortunate to have missed it, we lived there for 12 months and never had any problems. The poor upkeep of the area is political as Spain does not invest in the area, that’s why there is no train links and it looks poorly kept.
