Welcme to my channel, it's lovely to have you here.
I am a visually impaired crocheter living in North Yorkshire, UK, with my husband, son and cat. I crochet obsesively (seriously, projects are on my mind most of the time...) and love creating beautiful things. I sell my work online and at craft markets (I have recently started organising my own markets, which is lots of fun) and really like working on commission.
This channel is where I show off the things I've been making, as well as a little bit of the creative process and a few behind-the-scenes snippets.

Thank you so much! I'm ok with big projects as long as they're interesting. I see people making big blankets that are all one stitch and it fills me with dread 😂 I LOVE making crochet socks! I first started because I was jealous of everyone's knitted ones, but didn't want to take the time to learn to knit... My favourite pattern so far is the Watson Waffle Socks from Lakeside Loops. If you go to the project page for my strictly socks you should be able to find the pattern from there 🙂
Gorgeous makes, the blanket turned out so well! I wish I had the patience for a bit project like that! I've never made crochet socks before but I'd like to give it a go. Do you have a favourite pattern you could recommend?

It's so weird seeing something I made on my TV! Im so happy you liked your wee package though, its made my day watching you being excited. I definitely feel the pokemon pain, my kids ask me to design random stuff like it's easy 😂 I'm sure it'll look great though, you are definitely far more organised than me when I'm designing.

I've been finding it harder to get on with the spinning for the past few days - I keep getting distracted with other things!! 🤣 Just about managing to keep up with the challenge but I'm just doing the bare minimum at the moment. I'm really feeling the need to make time for a proper session soon.
So glad you enjoyed yourself in Scotland, I'm a little jealous, i miss it alot 🥰 I had a child free weekend in which I was planning to ay drunk world of warcraft, however I ended up working on the child's birthday blanket for the entire weekend 😅 I usually have podcasts on in the background while I'm crafting so j can work and just have a peek when stuff gets shown. 😊
I've always loved Scotland 😊 spent a lot of time on the West Coast and various islands as a kid. How's the present coming along? I would LOVE a whole weekend of crochet!!!

yay, i can't wait to get my penguin, he's adorable 😻 Hope your brain is feeling better now, it's rubbish when things happen and it just knocks you and throws off your plans and routines, my ADHD brain gets this a lot so I feel your pain. You also reminded me that I bought some pencil case blanks ages ago and put them in a safe place, I may find them eventually.
