I think Neatherralm should experiment with the IP, I know they probably not gonna go back to the roots as far as the tone goes, since they like hippy genZ type humor of current trend. But they can you know try to make different type of games in mortal kombat universe. maybe use the conquest mode idea as the basis and make an open world game. it's definitely gonna sold well. So idk why Neatherrealm is not trying something fresh

best game in the franchise, for sure. people often hate on it being set in a desert, rather than a desolate, rundown metropolis. but we did that shit already in Fallout 3 and in FNV your actions and choices have weight to them, with each DLC telling a story of it's own, yet having a common link, tethering them all together. 4 Base Endings, each with Good or Evil versions, based on your actions and your choices. my favorite of them easily has to be Yes Man aka Independent Vegas, with the Good Ending, doing everything i can to make the Mojave a better place.

14:17 This game gets really atmospheric if you wander the wastes without having the radio on all the time. The OST for this game is really well done and you can hear some songs from the older games, especially around certain points of interest, such as the Wrecked Highwayman.
