To recertify snap benefits online requires a vru pin # because you have to link an existing account before continuing. UPI is case number on the recertification letter.. I think. Maybe snap recertification online is possible idk..phone lines are busy. Take a day and wait in line.

My doctor finally prescribed me some xanax an tramadol. When my winn dixie pharmacy closed because of the aldi takeover i was sent to cvs. My insurance covered the xanax but wouldnt cover the tramadol cuz it got flagged because the two togeth or something. Going on 5 years herniated lumbar disc and sciatica. 33 year old male. Havent had any surgery or injections. Kinda scared of both. Have seen physical therapy and chiropractor. This close to rescheduling with ortho and pain management. Been watching pain documentaries today. Massage therapy and like soemone else said ketamine i fusion therapy and other psychedelic assisted therapies should also be covered by medicaid. Just saying. At least for certain people with chronic conditions.

It says to cal xxx...you do, then that number says to cal xxx, you do and round and round you go. Been trying for 2 hours to get help resetting password or user name. ARGHHHHHH!

case id number is also called UPI # so UPI = same as Case id #

So it's midnight and I'm trying to renew my benefits. I was sent to this page by the '"The Nevada Division of Welfare and Supportive Services(DWSS)' site. And since while there, I tried to find the location where you can see your account and says page not available. Then I'm sent here to find out how to fill out some form, and at the beginning the screen is so blurry you can't even see the form on the screen on the UA-cam video. The only thing you can see clearly is the subtitles. But you can't see what it's talking about. So I guess I have to wait until I call to find out why the sites that are suppose to help you are so incomplete and not helpful. Don't tell us we can do it online if we can't.

I have a RN/DON who is not very familiar with MDS, and she is requiring our care plans be "trimmed down" to 5 issues, meaning she wants to remove care planned items that she things are not real important issues/needs of the resident. This includes removing activities, nutrition, discharge planning, etc. Please address the CAA process and care planning and how to accurately determine the most critical issues to care plan for each resident. I want to brush up on my knowledge, ensure I use proper terminology and make sure I have all points of concern in-hand prior to talking with her again on this issue. Thank you.

Put in my application last month. No emails, no letters, have not been given a UPI or VRU pin, calling just puts me through one voice mail menu after another without ever reaching an actual person, and I am at my wits end. How does anything ever get done?
