Just to say, if you're anyone's on a budget and doesn't have a good mixer, the TR8S accepts two mono or one stereo external input. In that way you can take a couple of synths, and mix them with the drums. The TR8S also acts as an audio interface, allowing your drums and synths to be multi-track recorded digitally via USB ✨🪐
Yeah, and don‘t forget the side-chaining feature. 😉
Used this on the Bass. Connect toms/dfam into the SSL, route it to the external input - this enables sidechain, then send it out from output 4 back into the SSL

hey super nice!!! ich frage mich immer wie die leute es gelöst bekommen bzgl. studios und so. ist das ein teil von ner wohnung? teilt ihr euch da die miete zu 3 oder zu 4? gibts da keine probs mit lautstärke und nachbarn? funktioniert das gut kauft ihr equipment zusammen oder jeder einzelnd? würde auch gern mit der mukke anfangen usw. frag mich aber immer wie oben genanntes denn so gelöst wird? wie macht ihr das und seid ihr nebenbei noch vollzeit berufstätig oder könnt ihr davon schon leben?? big thxx
Hello, danke dir🙏tatsächlich hat in unserem Konstrukt jeder sein eigenes Studio. Jeder hatte sein Studio über die Jahre zuhause, dann in irgendwelchen Räumen und zum Schluss landet man da wo wir jetzt sind. Wir haben ein Komplettes Haus in Stuttgart gemietet und dort 5 Studios eingebaut. Wände sind so gebaut so das du Studio an Studio hast aber kein sound (bzw Bass) durch die wände geht. Equipment kauft jeder selber, wir tauschen allerdings auch durch... Ich arbeite als Audio Engineer, der Rest des Hauses lebt von Mukke. Gökhan Gühler (Mix/Master Engineering & Producer) ist über mir im studio z.b. Liebe Grüße
