I can affirm how cool Ann is regarding even small bands. Back in the late 90s/early 00s she was super cool and sent lots of promos and great advice. With as much talent as she has, she has always been super approachable. We had the biggest crush on her :)

They were the real deal. Them and Warlock at the time were the heaviest female fronted Metal bands. I give the edge to Hellion. Better vocals and lead guitar, for me. Betsy of "Bitch" was also badass! I almost forgot Chastain with Leather Leone, a little later but just as good as Hellion.

Around 1993 i had a band called hellion with sone school pals, we lived in Portugal and the internet was not really a thing back then, also it was hard knowing about more "obscure/less known" bands back then, funny how all that time a band already existed with the same name :)

Early 80’s, I remember Hellion, Bitch, Lita Ford, Warlock (Doro) were only female fronted bands.
Not really - there were others as well, including Reckless (1st LP in 1080; go watch/listen to the insanely heavy 'Victim of Time'!), Acid (1st LP in 83), Lee Aaron (1st LP in '82), Headpins (1st LP in '82), not to mention Girlschool.
She has bigger balls than male musician of today.
