✩ Deltarune Animation ✩ | After the SPAMTON NEO fight
... i.e. Kris is NOT ok, no matter what you force them to say :)
Here is my funky little it-won't-leave-my-brain-until-i-do-it-animatic-animation-thing... the aftermath of the Spamton Neo fight (whether you play pacifist or fight Spamton). I'm super intrigued by Kris as a character and wanted to dramatize this poignant scene where we get direct evidence that Kris is not OK with all this. I also was curious about Susie's expressions and mannerisms, as she is learning how to really keep friendships, and attempt to understand Kris while navigating what it means to be vulnerable. To say nothing of Ralsei's hand in the situation, I feel like no matter what way the story goes (whether he has ulterior motives or just doesn't know how to comfort Kris), this animatic can stand to be interpreted either way.
It's also worth noting that the dialogue is *almost* directly the same as the game's. I did shift some dialogue around to help the animation flow better, but it's almost word-for-word what takes place in the game.
