Mam mujhe urtacaria allergy hai kya mai operation kerwa sakti hu
Its totally wrong. You can have sugar after bariatic surgery in moderation. My surgeon did not forbid me to eat carbs and sugar. Gur and honey are NOT the same as white sugar they have less calories and are healthier. I lost 15kg from the surgery alone and have managed to keep it that way. Life is too short so eat what you want- just portion control, intermittent fasting, drink a lot of water and exercise.

@@shyamala803 yes I met with the surgeon again he replied that it's in my mind otherwise everything is fine. And the symptoms do improve with time. But there will be some issues and you have to live with that for the rest of your life. Otherwise no problems with daily working.
