I just bought that one which is why I went looking for the video. I thought I was supposed to subtract two from the third number and use that as the first digit. I lost the instructions that came with it. The illusion costs $19, but the magician's store that I bought it from has a larger version of it that's $140 which is way too much.

It performs a lot better with the right patter - after switching the whole carrot for the incomplete one making no attempt to hide the turn, show the envelope to be empty and ask the kids where the rest of the carrot is. They shout out that it's on the back of the card. Resist showing them the back of the card giving the impression you might be rumbled then turn it around to reveal the unexpected rabbit. Then move on quickly to the next trick. A good one in a kids show but it's a comedy gag so not one to start or end the show with. For something that shows a bit more skill lookup Adair's Sniffy the mouse card.

the card quality is TERRIBLE. Look like bicycle cards from a distance. Up close they are glossy, shiny, worse than dollar store cards!!!!!

What is this supposed to be ? It says "Flowers" , but seems to be made of metallic foil. These do not look like flowers. Well-made spring flowers (from paper or fabric) can look like flowers from a short distance , but these things are ... what ? I don't know what they are supposed to be.

Here are some pro tips on the flower production from foulard shared by veteran magician Dick Oslund: The effect you want to give is the sudden magical appearance of bouquets of flowers in the magician's hand, not the magician reaching under and yanking bunches of flowers from the foulard. Do not reach under the cloth and pull the flowers down from the cloth because it telegraphs where the load comes from. The more convincing way to produce the flowers is to LIFT the cloth up and away from the flowers. The hand holding the cloth does all the movement. (The hand grasping the flower bouquet does not move). Grasp the bouquet and RAISE the foulard, uncovering the bouquet which has magically appeared. (The effect should be that the bouquet is "unveiled".) Too many magicians hold the foulard, then they reach underneath to yank the flowers down from the cloth, but don't do that ... Instead, grasp the end of the bouquet and LIFT THE FOULARD UP, unveiling the bouquet. The rhythm or sequence of the move is: cover your empty hand with a cloth, then immediately lift the cloth away revealing and displaying a bouquet of flowers. The hand holding the flowers does not move. (The hand holding the cloth is the hand that moves). Done this way, the appearance is more magical.

Sometimes things just go perfect: I know how it's done but 1:10 that appearance was pretty spectacular.
