I was reading some comments on an older live streams, they were talking about how they felt like trust was broken when Clyde became friends back with Seth after exposing him and talking about how much of bad person he is. Then for whatever reason, you become friends with somebody that destroyed your life?? Allegedly what I remember reading from the comment section, Clyde was trying to tell everyone to move on from the topic of them becoming friends, which I find that very rude since your Fanbase was trying to be there for you, but then you become friends back with someone that betrayed you so severely and you had all the support from your fans, but then that trust has been broken because you went three steps backwards. If Clyde ever goes through another situation with Seth, I think he’s going to get clowned on from his audience of trying to tell him that it was a very bad decision of what you did, and the fact that you told everyone to move away from the topic when they’re trying to protect you. I really don’t feel like you’ll have as much support again knowing he did this to himself, becoming friends with someone that screwed so many friendships up. I’ve noticed that this video mainly talks about FFVII feats, not Advent Children, which takes place two years after VII. If you didn’t know, in Advent Children, everyone but Cloud and Vincent had gotten weaker over the years with Vincent not getting weaker due to his immortality and Cloud not getting weaker due to him having to keep fighting during his delivery services as said in FFVII: On the way to a smile. In Advent Children, despite Tifa stating that they all got weaker and that Cloud has regained his former power, there are two examples that suggest that Cloud hasn’t stood at the same power but has gotten FAR STRONGER over the past two years. The first instance is against his fight with AC!Sephiroth at the end of the movie, who, during a blade-lock, acknowledges and is impressed by the fact that Cloud has grown stronger, despite his own superior power. The second is the most incriminating of them all. The penultimate fight of Advent Children, during Cloud’s fight with Kadaj, Cloud defeats him rather easily after he gets his Geostigma cured. Why did I bring this up? Because in FFVIIAC Reunion Files, Nomura, the director of Advent Children, outright states that Kadaj is as strong as VII!Sephiroth in the front page of Kadaj’s character profile. Sephiroth in FFVII was far stronger than the Knights of the Round, a multi-galaxy-buster, evident Safer Sephiroth tanking the attack. Sephiroth has also gotten far stronger in his normal, and Safer Sephiroth form in AC. FFVII’s 10th Anniversary Ultimania stated that Sephiroth, during the two years between VII and AC, has been building up his power. Furthermore, On the way to a smile, Sephiroth has stated that he’s been released from the physical limitations of a mortal body. I bring up AC!Sephiroth’s strength because, despite Sephiroth holding back, Cloud was able to dodge and block his swings, as well as PUSHING HIM THROUGH NUMEROUS FLOORS OF A BUILDING! These feats alone suggest that AC!Cloud has gotten far stronger than VII!Cloud, which this video covers. So it’s most definitely not a stretch to say that Cloud is at least Uni during AC, if not higher.
