I have bulimia and it’s mostly gone now but it gave me rumination syndrome.. still regret it but it’s out of my control

Sorry if this sounds offensive or rude but I am just trying to get help and I am not comfortable with talking to my parents about it. So idk if I have an ED. Here are some symptoms on why I think I have one .I try to stay away from food because if I have too much it makes me sick which makes me sometimes skip meals or try not to eat much .I am incredibly skinny .Whenever I gain a small bit of weight I always get a little scared that I will be ‘fat’ .Sometimes certain food organization type things on plates makes me want to re-organize it (like make me want to add more or less) But that is it. If I do have one what type do I have and what do I do about it? Whoever helps me tysm and luv ya’ll no matter how you look🫶❤️

You should def post that there are more ways people purge. Not everyone physically vomits .. There’s over exercising .. laxatives and diabulimia which people who have diabetes refuse to take their insulin
