How does a person fail YWAM when it isn't even accredited or it's training worth the value of the piece of paper it's certificates are printed on? I did a YWAM Secondary School and the School did not even have permission from the U of N to have students or approval to run and conduct it's training. And we were almost near graduation day of the Secondary School when it was finally announced by the Director of the Base. YWAM is a total joke.

Please google ywam horror stories, ywam survivors, ywam spiritual abuse before attending one of these programs. My family has been involved in YWAM leadership for almost 50 years. I have witnessed and experienced the sexual, psychological, spiritual and physical abuse and neglect of YWAM children by their YWAM parents, endorsed by counselors and leadership. I have witnessed and experienced brainwashing practices and received exorcisms instead of medical treatment for seizures. I have witnessed and experienced ostracism and shunning as punishment for obscure offenses. At 14 I was encouraged to drop out of high school and was "groomed for leadership" by working in campus kitchens, cleaning men's dorms and massaging male leadership. Inappropriate things happened. These are religion addicts who have lost touch with sound theology, instead replacing them with identity breaking practices and fabricated emotional highs. I have witnessed little girls and teens being sexualized by an obsessed purity culture, and blamed for driving men to sin with their eyes and hearts, just by being women. I've seen character assassinations of people advocating for positive change disguised as love and concern. I've seen indigenous families humiliated at their family funerals by YWAMers. I've seen massive financial corruption. I've seen the closet alcoholism of leadership protected by other leaders. I've seen people driven to attempt and commit suicide. I saw YWAM kids have lifelong psychological and social trouble as a direct result of the abuse. At my mother's funeral I was hit in the face by an influential YWAMer and told to come to Jesus. Another YWAMer told me that I didn't know my own spiritual practices and belief system. Another shamed my mother for not having enough faith to be healed, and dying. Another told me I wasn't allowed to speak unless she approved of what I was going to say. I have been silenced by YWAM for 36 years. No more.

I’ll be going in 2022! I’m so excited. YWAM literally called me back as me and a friend were in the prayer house talking about YWAM and now God will lead me in that direction if that’s His plan for me and they called during that conversation. I know that was God pushing me more in that direction to go!
