The actual guys are not even getting arrested. Why is the FIR not being filed against the officer "for being negligent" who had received the complaint a month back, on 26th June 2024 itself, who still chose not to act on it, and his omission (not performing his duty) on his part ultimately led to the demise of 3 innocent students. It was exactly his negligence that led us to this day.
